2 XL duffels

Ship Camps transported 2 XL duffels from TX to NY without any problems. It was very easy to get in touch with their agents to make changes to my pick up and they mailed shipping tags and directions prior to pick up. Considering the size and weight of the bags I think the pricing was reasonable as well!

The customer service was great

The customer service was great. I had Plenty of questions and they were answered promptly and clearly. Our trunks were delivered as promised and both times a day or two before projected delivery. Plenty of updates were given throughout the process. 10/10!!

Trunk destroyed in shipping and then on…

Trunk destroyed in shipping and then on the return FedEx didn’t deliver to our apartment they sent it to pick up at at the store. UPS next time!

Trunk Arrived Damaged and Open

The trunk arrived badly dented and open. I don't know if it is the camp's fault or Ship Camps, but at the very least the trunk should have had a zip tie fastened to secure the lock before sending it home. I'm pretty sure zip ties are not permitted to be possessed by campers, so this needed to be done by the camp or the shipper. To make matters a lot worse, the trunk was placed not at our door but on the planter in front of our driveway on a street in a major US city. So it is no surprise that by the time we got to it, all the latches were open and the trunk had been rifled through. Thank goodness, there was mainly dirty clothes and sheets and that no one was interested in or didn't look hard enough to find the expensive climbing shoes and harness that were buried underneath. If you want this service to succeed, more care and concern needs to take place in the shipment of trunks -- by far, the most popular way for kids to send items to camp.

Not happy with condition of trunk on arrival at camp.

The pick up and drop off were easy and done well.

What was not good is our brand new trunk got trashed some how on the outbound leg to the camp. It arrived with the bottom metal bracket completely bent, affecting the integrity of the trunk. Not sure how that could happen without a complete thrashing of the trunk by FedEx in transit. We are going to choose to just ship via check luggage next year at our local airport as it is far cheaper and can't be any worse in regards to handling of the trunk for possible damage.

Camp shipping

have been using them to ship my kids' lugggage to camp and it has been without issue so far. They send you the tags, you attach them and UPS picks up. Can't get any simpler.

Great follow through!

We were so thankful that we used Ship Camp to get our daughter’s bags to camp. When the shipping label hadn’t been scanned by the time we were supposed to have shipped it, Ship Camp reached out to us to follow up and to follow up with FedEx. It was a huge relief knowing they would take care of it. Plus everything arrived earlier than expected.
