So far tje whole process has been very simple. I can’t wait to get them and smile again!!!

I am very pleased with my results of my new veneers!
I feel and look like a new person. They are so natural looking and fit is perfect. The fit is tight enough where there is nothing uncomfortable about them. I have actually ordered an extra set! The communication with the professional's is great! They were always there with any questions or concerns I may have had. I have recommended Shiny Smile to my friends and family!

They were very helpful when it came to getting my impressions done, these are a total life saver being able to smile again without spending thousands is a true blessing.

Absolutely disgusting, i have been trying to get my veneers since January this is my second attempt because tje first set was not properly fit, told then in June at this point i just want a refund they told me I could get 100 dollars back for there time, what about my time and the functions I wanted to wear them at? Then I decided well I guess I have no choice but to wait for my second pair since I cant get a refund they told me ibwould be express which is 2 weeks for the problems here it is almost 2 months later and no veneers!! I also asked to speak with a manager in person on the phone they told me i can only deal with an email, buyer be ware cause there is literally a Facebook group of the the problems people had to deal with when dealing with shiney smiles they talk a good game but they suck and will try to act like they are helping on paper, also my first set looked like horse teeth amd looked rushed the only reason I ordered a second pair because the first pair looked nice, i'm not sure if they changed vendors or if they changed companies who make the teeth. But my first set came fine, and this second set has been miserably disturbing...do better at this point im ready to talk to the better business bureau!!

Not a good experience
Not a good experience, no customer support no refunds. Did not meet expectations would not produce any veneers after multiple failed attempts. The customer service would not answer the phone and were no help at all . This company shiny smile veneers charged me $570 just for the veneers that I didn’t recieve. They also charged me $22.00 for every impression kit in (total) 5 kits. Would not refund after multiple failed attempts would not produce the veneers. They keep saying my impressions are failed and show no results of making veneers. They will not refund and will not produce veneers terrible customer service.

Support made my impression process so much easier then anticipated with literal step by step help as you go! Everything has been super simple thus far I can not wait for the final product!

The impressions process is a headache, but once completed successfully, the veneers are a pretty good fit and look nice.

So far so good!!! I was nervous as my teeth are in terrible shape 😭 But I sent my impressions in, they’ve been accepted, and now I’m just waiting for them to come!!! I’m so excited to see a smile that doesn’t look like my teeth are fighting each other. Thank you Shiny Smile Vaneers!

The have lasted a very long time so far almost had them a year and I have recommended them to several friends and coworkers! If you need repairs they work pretty fast on that as well and have great customer service!

I had some difficulty getting good impressions at first, but the instructional videos and customer support were very helpful, and I was eventually able to make acceptable impressions.
When I received my new veneers, I was pleased with how well they fit and how natural they looked. The only issue is that my bite alignment in the back causes the upper veneers to lift slightly, although I haven’t tried to adjust or remedy that yet.
I was disappointed that I can’t eat while wearing the upper veneer. Since I don’t have back molars on top the veneers tend to press up into my gums when I bite down, making them uncomfortable for eating.

Overall, the veneers are reasonably priced, look great, and the customer support was excellent.

I don’t normally write reviews but these gave me more confidence than I ever thought I’d have. They fit perfect, look natural I love them. The warranty is top notch. Way to get me back out there shinysmiles.

I have only completed the initial process to create an impression for my bottom teeth. There were clear instructions both written and a step by step video. Upon my 1st attempt with an impression that I emailed to them, they responded it was not usable. The package included more supplies to complete a couple other impressions, which helped. So far it has been a smooth & simple process & awaiting my actual veneers now.

My experience with Shiny Smile Veneers has been amazing! From the beginning of the process the customer service folks have been in constant contact with updates and important information. They made everything so easy! They also offer a step by step video guide on how to make the impressions, which, for me, was extremely helpful.
