The whole process was very easy. Making the impressions was fine if you followed this instructions. I ordered the Hollywood bright white, which was just a little too white for me. They fit perfectly when I received them except my two front teeth protruded a little too much for my taste. Customer service has been great and has been helping me fix the problem.. I love them so much. I’m going to order a set for my brother and surprise him.

My first impressions weren’t accepted because I didn’t do it correctly but I was really happy to see my second attempt went well. I’m still waiting for my veneers to be shipped but I can’t wait to be able to get my confidence back. Would be nice if they give you an example of the correct way to do them along with the video so that others don’t have to go through the same thing.

The approval process was stressful i spent over $100 additional dollars paying for impression kits and the open availability for a tech to guide you was always booked... Hoping when i receive the finished product my smile will be worth the wait!!! Ill leave another review when i receive my veneers!!!

I was about to give up after trying to make impressions of my teeth for the 3rd time. But the support team offered me a free kit and also sent me a video link on how to make the impression. I think that you should have sent the video link the first time I ordered the kit, it would have saved me so much time. Thank you for your support!!

Working with shiny smiles veneers has been the easiest process in getting my teeth looking better! Very fast, friendly service communication is excellent. The product they sent to make compressions is extremely easy to use in-home with no training. I do recommend watching the videos on how to make your dental impressions. I actually needed a second delivery to make more impressions., the process was very easy painless and I got my second impression kit within a week.

So far my experience has been very positive. I am waiting for my veneers, but the process has been easy and the customer service is impeccable!

They look good and don’t really bother while in. I would not try and eat with them even though some say you can. The bad durability as seems to be an issue had top and bottom start cracking and breaking less than a month in the first time, the second pair the top is working better the bottom has broke about a month in. Customer support is not the best emails are answered one time a day and calling never get through and if you try to leave a message for call back it says it is full and hangs up lost your spot in line if they ever answer it. Other than that cosmetically wise why most are buying them look good

The at-home process was straightforward, but you must be patient. I watched their instructional video multiple times, paid close attention to every single step, and took my time making the impressions. Doing this ensures they accept your mold on the first try.
The results were completely astounding. I was overjoyed the first time I snapped them on. They arrived right before a vacation to Europe with my partner, and for the first time in a decade, I am actually smiling in every single vacation photo.
Since returning home, my daily life has completely transformed. It is so much easier to have real, face-to-face conversations with people because I have the confidence to smile and be myself.
One thing I notice in other reviews is a misunderstanding of what this product is. These are removable veneers—a beautiful, custom-made decorative facing. They don't permanently fix or change your underlying teeth; they simply cover them up perfectly. My natural teeth are exactly the same underneath, but the confidence these give me is priceless.

Overall, I had a good experience with Shiny Smile Veneers. Although I had to redo my impressions several times, it was mostly because I didn’t follow the instructions as carefully as I should have. If you’re ordering, I highly recommend reading and following all of the instructions from start to finish.
One tip that would have saved me a lot of time: send a photo of your very first impression to customer service before making any additional impressions. They can let you know if you’re on the right track and provide helpful feedback.
There were moments when I wanted to give up, but the customer service team was excellent. They were patient, encouraging, and guided me through the entire process until my impressions were finally approved. Their support made a big difference, and I’m grateful for their help.
