Super fast shipping of my impression kit. Was kept aprised of things going on the whole way. Was (very nicely) warned that they saw a potential cavity in my images I had sent and needed to have it taken care of. I just feel like this company is trying to provide a very high quality product at a very good price, and doing everything correct/right along the way. Much appreciaited! I accidentally mailed back my impression kit WITHOUT the label inside the box. I tried to go back to post office to get it and put the label inside (so they would know who sent it) but USPS would not allow that. So I emailed ShinySmile and they immediately responded that I would be OK, everything would be linked to the tracking number on the box, and I had nothing to worry about.

The fit was perfect. The color pearl was too white for my liking. The hardest part about all of this is learning how to smile again.

Customer service was very good. Had to remake my top impressions and their response was very fast and helpful. Quick responses to emails and very thorough feedback. Can’t wait to receive my finished product!!

I've been wanting to order these for awhile now. I was just scared of my veneers not turning out good. I saw all the good reviews and the great experiences that customers had when they purchased their veneers. The only thing I have to say is I have a slight lisp when I talk. They said that will be like that for a couple of weeks, and if it's still there tell them and they'll fix that. They are the most beautiful natural looking teeth. I'm so excited to smile now. I used to be so depressed about it, Shiney smile Veneers have changed my life.

The staff with customer service are very quick, efficient and friendly. I have not received my veneers yet so I will update when completed.

I found it easy to prepare & make the molds, I love my Uppers, my teeth just better! Fit well and comfortable.

They took a months before I received them but they were AMAZING! Nothing builds confidence more than having your smile! I’ve been so self conscious because my teeth aren’t in the condition that they used to be due to having children, medications, and age! But Shinysmile really did their BIG ONE on these veneers. They look soooo real, and I got so many compliments on my smile. Nobody knew that they weren’t real.

I like the veneers. The mold creation process was a pain and took forever, but thankful they helped me through it. Would definitely recommend the purchase and wish I bought them sooner.

I researched a lot of companies looking for the right fit for me for my veneers. And when doing so Shiny Smiles Veneers kept coming up so I went to their website and I liked what I saw and read about this company. So went with them and bought both top and bottom veneers. I got my kit and made the impressions my bottoms was excepted right off but my tops were not so I was told that I had to buy another kit so I did and now I have heard from others that some did not have to buy the 2nd kit it was sent with no charge! And I was not told about a video that shows you exactly how to make the impression until I emailed them about how frustrating it was and could not get a video phone call with them until later in the month! So I kept watching the video over and over again! Long story short I did it and sent the impressions off to them and just received a email from them today saying that the impressions was excepted so now I am waiting for my teeth where I hope I will have a beautiful smile again and more confidence! I gave them a 4 out 5 stars for those reasons!

My overall experience with Shiny Smile Veneers has been good. I got my lower teeth impressions right on the first try, and received my veneers for my lower teeth already. I had to re-take my upper teeth impressions twice, and the impression kits cost $22 each, so that was kind of frustrating. Other than that, the customer service has been good, I usually get an email reply within a day answering any questions I have about the process. Still waiting on receiving my upper veneers, but the lower veneers that I got look good and fit well.

My First st of Impression failed and I was going to give up but I received a email from ShinySmiles encouraging Me to try again and I was sent a new set. The second set was a success.
