I'm not the most tech savvy person and…
I'm not the most tech savvy person and had some trouble registering which would normally just make me click out and move on but their customer response was so quick, friendly and helpful that I stayed and am so excited to start the program. Everything I have seen so far has seemed so realistic and seems doable for someone in a family that doesn't want their "own food." It seems I can just incorporate this program rather than isolate myself which is very motivating.

When I first called a week ago nobody picked up but this time they did. I think they're name was Adam but I maybe got that wrong. Anyway, they were really helpful and I know it's there job to push for staying on the subscription or other deals but when I said no thank you they left it alone, which I greatly appreciate. Especially since I work in a customer service type area too. Anyway, 10/10 and I will definitely come back to this app in the future.

Extremely damaging marketing tactics
I can't speak on the app itself, but after taking the metabolic type quiz advertised on social media, I am extremely disappointed. I am somebody who has been extremely and unhealthily underweight for most of my life, before finally putting on some weight and getting into a healthy mindset and routine in regards to exercise - with a focus on getting stronger and more fit. However, my results for this quiz indicated that I needed to lose weight in order to be in the healthy range for my height (citing BMI). Having been told by my doctor that my BMI is in the lower end of the healthy range for my height, I found it strange to have a big red box pop up saying I needed to reduce my BMI in order to be healthy. After verifying with reputable BMI calculators (heart foundation, bupa etc) I found that while they had given me my correct BMI value (20.8), this value is very much in the lower half of the healthy range. It is disappointing that this company's marketing tactics use misleading information and fearmongerimg in order to play into the insecurities of their consumers - telling them they need to lose weight in order to have a healthy body, when they very well might already. I am a fitness and exercise lover, but I will not even consider supporting a company that uses these sorts of dishonest scare tactics to make people feel unjustifiably ashamed of their bodies. Please amend this feature of the quiz results if it was an accidental oversight, as it is turning away your audience.

Good customer service marketer
I paid 96$ for 3 months trial at first.
I thought it's kinda expensive and sent mail to customer service.
Abram kindly told me the processing of cancellation. But I tried to keep the Shift going on, and this app helped me to keep excercising.
Recently I asked him a question and got an email from Abram with kindly and friendly tone. Of course quick reply is the most best part here.
