Amazing Customer Service!!!
I unfortunately didn’t use the program as much as intended due to an injury and failed to cancel in time. Aaron not only helped me cancel my subscription, he also gave me a refund even though it was completely my fault for not confirming cancellation. They were trustworthy, transparent, and went above and beyond. If I ever can complete a program like this I absolutely would sign back up with Shift.
Beware subscription auto renews without notice
I virtually never used the program and assumed that I would be advised/reminded of the renewal (I mean who remembers an annual subscription), contacted them immediately for a refund as I had not used the subscription and they refused. I think it is incredibly unethical not to send a reminder of an auto renew or to refund when requested immediately after. They took my money and ran.
Total Scam
This is a complete scam. The results they send don't load and they email you back and forth with no solution. I paid to not even be able to access any links which are all broken. You are paying for absolutely nothing and cannot even access what you paid for.

This company is a scam. The exercise plan they sent did not account for my knee injury, which I mentioned in their so-called questionnaire. My emails keep getting returned undeliverable. The phone no. in the charge made to my credit card does not exist. Don’t know how other reviewers can say they spoke with someone.

Non-existent 30 day money back guarantee!
If I could rate this company 0 then I would. I total scam. I signed up after being taken in by their Instagram ad promising results and a personalised plan. I was slightly nervous and wish I’d read these reviews beforehand, however the timer on the checkout page counting down the seconds until the discount code expired pressured me into signing up quickly. I chose the one month plan and paid the ‘discounted’ price of $19.99 and thought that even if I didn’t like it, I would be covered by their 30 day money back guarantee that is advertised all over the web page. I downloaded app which was not user friendly at all. I couldn’t figure out how to get to where I wanted and pop up boxes kept getting on the way. Once I did managed to have a look at the workouts and meal plans, it was nothing special and certainly not personalised. I decided I wasn’t likely to use the service so tried to cancel the recurring billing and try to get a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee. The only way to do this is by contacting their customer service. I sent three messages - firstly through the messaging service in app, secondly by email and then thirdly another in app message. Only my third message was responded to by Abram. After I reconfirmed that I wanted to stop the recurring billing, this was processed and I received this cancellation via email no problem (I have yet to see whether any further money will actually be taken or if the cancellation was successful). However, upon chasing for the refund, he informed me that the 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to the three month plan that I signed up for. However, I was pretty confident that I only signed up to the one month plan and this was confirmed in my welcome email. I replied as such and he apologised, stating that he had only recently joined the company (I can see this is a blatant lie from other reviews). He then said that because I signed up on a discounted rate, the 30 day money back guarantee does not apply. However, there does not seem to be anyway to sign up to this service without using a discounted rate, and therefore their 30 day money back guarantee is completely redundant as no one will ever be able to use it! Please do not get taken in like I did by their promise of results - it’s a complete scam!
TOTAL SCAM
DO NOT GIVE THIS WEBSITE OR APP YOUR BANK DETAILS! I was lucky enough that I'm with a really good bank who noticed the charge was suspicious and blocked it the two times they tried to take it out and be careful because my bank was able to tell me that it was two accounts linked to the same business that tried to take out £82.94 and now I've had to change cards because they had access to my long card number. It's a complete scam. You'll never actually get the services you signed up for and when you email the email address they provided, they never respond. Its way too suspicious and they give you no way and no option of cancelling your subscription so you end up stuck in it and the only option you'll have left is to ring your bank to tell them it's a fraud account attempting to take money from you and request a new bank card. Please don't make my mistake!
