Moving on to a complete new place is a really hectic experience due to the packing and moving of goods . I was very tenses about that only thing . Later I found out them and boom my work was smooth , effortlessly done and at a really great and reasonable price . This is what their speciality is . They were really professional in their work and whoever moving internationally I'll prefer their services . They are expert at what they do . Go for it guys .

The crew was excellent. They were early, which was great. Very personable.

I did my research online before calling any business up for a quote. Shepherd had a team that spoke well over the phone. The rate was realistic to what I was expecting. I liked them best because of the options. The shared freight carrier option seemed weird at first hearing about it because I felt like a mix up could occur but they mentioned that was something that many people use and problems barely ever occur. It was the most affordable option so that's the one I went with. Within a few weeks everything arrived in Ottawa undamaged and on time. I was leaning more towards giving them 4 stars, but because they notified me ahead when a plan changed they deserve 5.

I gave this company a call for a quote, during our first conversation i noticed they had no hesitation in their voice when I asked if they could explain their process. We spoke to 2 other companies besides Shepherd and didn't feel to confident in them. Shepherd wasn't just well spoken though, they performed way above expectations. Given the complexity of moving to Europe I assumed there would be some delays with customers or a hidden fee I would later discover.

It was surprising how smooth they made such a complicated thing like moving a whole household of things to a different continent. They really had everything mapped out and what seemed like a backup plan for every scenario. We're very happy we chose them.

Hired Shepherd after speaking to a few reliable sources who had nothing but good things to say about their service. I was opening up our first business location overseas. Destination: London. We had them ship about 40 boxes of equipment, products and apparel. Also two desks and a large table. The rate and the arrival estimation were never altered and remained the same as the original quote. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. They also took care of the paperwork for customs. Thank You!

Its a big emotional step moving out of the country. With that said there are no room for extra headaches. I was already feeling stressed, so finding a mover that make those feeling go away was the ultimate goal. A goal I achieved working with Shepherd. The movers here were top notch. Guys were well mannered and arrived within the time slot they promised (10am to Noon). It took 5 weeks until my things arrived in Bristol but when they did, they were as neatly wrapped, just how they left. I’m giving Shepherd 5 stars because this was my first out of country move of this kind and they did a better job than any mover I’ve used in the past.

Shepherd did an amazing job last month for our move to Brixton. I can only imagine how tricky things must be for them. All the questions we had (there were a lot of them) were answered with a complete detailed response. We made absolutely sure that we felt comfortable working with them before a dollar was spent. Shepherds moving team moved us out and their partner moving team moved us into our new place 5 weeks later. Pricing was very competitive. The service... haven't dealt with such an organized company before.

I did my best preparing for this move even though I didn't know much about all of the rules and regulations for international shipments. So I asked general questions before getting any sort of pricing. Shepherd won my business by being a combination of informative over the phone, and patient with me. I didn't make any decision right away. I took my time asking questions, comparing and following up with more questions. The moving date I wanted was available so after all the research and communication I moved forward with the move. They turned out being very reliable. Both groups of movers were highly trained and well spoken. Our movers in Europe were very welcoming and stayed an extra thirty minutes just so we wouldn't have to move furniture around again later. It's a long process but well worth researching. We did our research with Shepherd.

Everyone I spoke to and dealt with from Shepherd was very professional. Getting to know them over the phone and via email made me feel a lot better about my first time moving to Europe. Everything was packed very carefully and all of it got to my new home in one piece. I really didn’t think I could trust anyone but myself and friends but they showed me that they genuinely cared and that took a lot of stress away for me. Whole stuff did a great job.

I packed my kitchen appliances clothing and smaller things and had Shepherd pack the bigger stuff. Everything ended up arriving in Melbourne, Australia in perfect condition. No damages at all! From the long journey to it's destination I had in mind that something would get mixed up & damaged but they stayed organized the whole time! I was given updates by customer service as the move progressed. This move felt overwhelming in the beginning but with their help it wasn't too difficult at all. Seriously appreciate all that you guys do!

Everyone at Shepherd was easy to get along with. They made sure to explain everything clearly so I knew what to expect. It's easy to get stressed out with moves like these because there is so much room for error. Add the fact they're 3 times more expensive than regular moves and you have a magnet for stress. One of the few things I did understand about moving to Spain is it takes weeks. So if I'm going to work with a business for weeks I'd better be able to really get along with them. That's even things like personality and communication were very important to me when looking for a good international shipper. Schmidt had great customer service and highly experienced team. Not just great customer service at the start but for the whole move. Movers we had for the move out were organized and polite. The movers they expedited for our move into Madrid were very welcoming. All around good service!

The process began just getting to know more about International moving. After dealing with Shepherd International from my first call I understood so much more about to expect and what to plan for. Moving out of the country has this stigma of be very difficult and problematic but that's only with who you choose. If you take your time, do research and know what to look for that you're have a better outcome.

The staff as a whole did an great job of always keeping me informed and updated. The movers I had in took full responsibility to make sure my possessions were well taken care of. Getting everything I owned to Australia seemed like such a difficult task at first. I was just considering selling everything but speaking with Shepherd gave me a lot of confidence over the phone and even more in person. Every last thing arrived without damage.

Going into this move I had zero experience with international moving. I've sold all my stuff in the past before moving out of state. This time was different though. I have apartment full of furniture and art that I love. I wasn't interested marketing all my stuff then starting all over when I get there. So I had Shepherd move it all to Ontario for me. They were on of the few places that popped up when I searched for "International Movers". They weren't the only place that I called but they were the easiest to talk to and had flexible rates that I actually understood. Now speaking from experience I can tell you first hand that there are so many complex things about moving through customs and pricing for international move. For me it was finding people I liked over the phone, understanding all the terms and finding good feedback from other customers. They were extremely helpful creating a rate that worked for me. They offered to help pack but I had that part handled. It took a long time but I was forewarned on that. Overall great move and great service!

It's been my 3rd move now, I would have to say, but this move was different among all the others. Why? From scheduling my move all the way to my things getting to Greece, I ran into zero issues. My other moves were not this easy and it was just a well-organized process. Everyone was very nice and helpful, which I liked very much. No one seemed overwhelmed, lazy, or rude (which I have experienced in the past.) I am a a avid reader, therefore, I own almost over 100 books. My collection is very important to me and keeping my books in good condition is very important. They were more than respectful to me and all of my belongings and they made sure that everything was packed specifically for what its made of, which I liked most. They were prepared and had the proper boxes and packing materials needed. Their customer service definitely sticks out most about this company and I most definitely use their services again in the future!

International moving felt very confusing with the rates and the whole process in general, especially because I was moving a full 3k square ft apartment. This business helped simplify every part of my move. They explained the ins and outs of their process, different options with shipping and how their pricing works. The whole quoting process was free and very detailed. I really like the customer service here. Took right around a month for my whole shipment to arrive but when it did, it was in the shape as when it left. Good experience!
