Absolutely fantastic company to have found. Rob came out and quoted the job and found him very professional. He explained all that would be done for the boiler replacement and even said that they might be able to fix the old boiler, but for peace of mind I decided to go ahead with a new one. Very reasonable priced and the fitting team were brilliant.
Clean tidy polite and even got the water back on in no time .
I can highly recommend this company

From start to finish everything has been spot on and professional. I dealt with Rob initially then one of his lads called over to look at the boiler replacement.

On the day of fitting (Saturday in our case) and a top lad called “Will” arrived who carried out everything himself to a very high standard.

The team removed an old Aga system, replaced with a new Combi system including all radiators.
Competitively priced , and reliable ,with a great team who put customer service and satisfaction at the heart of the experience.
We have used them for a few jobs now and each time the service levels are exemplary- the staff are very professional and kept us informed explaining everything as necessary.
We would definitely use them again in th future.

Excellent service from Rob and his team. Rob advised what would be the best boiler for our needs as it was a complicated job. The two engineers Alan and Asha are a great asset to Rob, they were very efficient and we would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a really helpful initial discussion with the installer to explore the best options, location etc before settling on a plan. Unfortunately we had chosen to buy air-con iat the hottest point of the year which meant there was a delay in sourcing units despite best efforts of Rob and the team - we were kept well nformed throughout of what was happening though. Installation was very quick once units arrived and we are really pleased with the results - they will make such a difference.

We have just had our boiler replaced by Shelter Adams and received fantastic service. Rob came out to do a survey and was extremely thorough. Within a few weeks a team of three came out to replace the boiler and a vertical flue. They were a great team and went over and above to protect our carpet (which was relatively new) as well as all the furnishings. Everything ran like clockwork and all rubbish was removed promptly. I can highly recommend Rob and his team.

Rob came out to check all details and suggested which oil tank would be suitable. Very reasonable quote. Excellent communication and work done by his excellent team to A1 standard and who were very friendly and cleared up completely when finished. Highly recommend the company

We had this company to service our boiler and fit a radiator in our kitchen. The young man that came was very pleasant. He was very respectful of our home and clean and tidy. He did a very good job. We decided to use the same company to install air con in a bedroom and conservatory. Matt came to do the fitting and he was excellent. We are very pleased with the finished job. Rob and the team have just completed a complete heating overhaul to our property. Installing a new boiler, cylinder and radiators throughout. The guys worked incredibly quickly, whilst still being very neat and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble and there hasn’t been any query about popping back to remedy a few things that needed tweaking after they’d completed. I’d highly recommend Shelter-Adams if you need any heating work doing. They’re very well priced and go above and beyond.

Job was done on time and on budget. Very clean and efficient. Hard to find good specialist contractors these days. Will be using shelter Adam’s on other projects as well.

The whole experience was great, from my first enquiry which was answered very promptly , to completion of the work of servicing our air con. Matt was very thorough and explained and advised on ongoing use of our air con.

A pleasure to receive a quote from Rob (more than competitive), installation date agreed and carried out professionally and without fuss. After a bad experience previously from a well known large company...its a joy to have a local company to trust and use again and again. Rob was very knowledgeable and professional and the job was completed to a high standard. The team were very approachable, clean and tidy as well as explaining clearly how the tech on our new oil tank worked. The boiler was serviced a few days later. We would highly recommend this company and will likely use them again for our annual boiler service from now on.

Another brilliant job by Rob and his team. Plumbing for a washing machine, an outdoor tap and taking out unwanted radiator pipes. All done in the same day. Very clean and tidy work. Thank you.
