Like other here I rushed to order and put in the wrong delivery address. An email to Wendy Shepherd and all sorted. Excellent.
Only 4 star rather than 5 star as website itself should have given an option to change. However human interface prevailed!!

If you want a quality shed then avoid this website. Its almost a scam. The online pics are totally fake and in reality the quality of the product recieved is far worse. The quality of wood they used for the shed is already cracked in almost every place. Lots of cracks lots of holes, flimsy and the workmanship seems like a 10 yr old made it. Almost all the nails have cracked the wood and 50% of nails werent even shot in the right place. I will b surprised if this quality of shed last more than a month in british weather. Also delivery takes ages then they delivered it partially and then another wait for the rest. In short one of the worst places to buy a shed from and total waste of money.

Our cabin arrived on time, there was loads of updates from start to finish.
There was one small hiccup but Wendy in the sales team resolved it straight away. Totally recommend this company

I ordered the wrong size garden furniture cover. I contacted the company to ask if I could return it and received a quick response from Ben. He took ownership of the issue and explained what I needed to do. He kept in contact with me right up until I received my refund. The service Ben provided was absolutely excellent. Thank you very much Ben.

After an initial glitch in the website which prevented me from receiving an order confirmation, the support staff have been incredible at helping.

I paid via Google Pay and for some reason didn't receive a confirmation. I got in touch via phone (after a few tries since they must be low on support staff) and the attendant couldn't have been more supportive, really took the problem on as his own, gave me lots of confidence and told me who I needed to email.

Within a matter of minutes of sending the email, Wendy replied telling me she'd found the order and sent me the confirmation and that all was in order.

Honestly, it's very uncommon nowadays to get such a good experience from customer support that I thought it warranted leaving a post.

Can't say anything about the shed I've purchased yet as I haven't received it - but that's down to the manufacturer, not Sheds.co.uk, so I'm happy to leave this review even before receiving the product.

Avoid, fighting for my money back after cancelling an order. The order was cancelled within 24 hours, was acknowledged and they still took the money. Not being truthful as to when or even if it will be refunded first it's one day when that isn't forthcoming it's the next day, nothing says 'trust me' like forgetting what you said the day before. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I always check reviews before buying online and at the time of ordering our shed online they had good reviews.

Delivery was arranged for 30th April and I received a few emails from a 3rd party called MGP who said they were delivering. Day of delivery came and we received a text saying it would come 7am - 7pm. It got to 4.30 and had not received a further update so messaged the portal for MGP. All the way up to 7pm they told me it was coming unsurprisingly it did not. It was rescheduled for 2nd May and this was then cancelled. It eventually arrived 9th May.

The shed that has arrived is not fit for purpose. The horizontal cladding panels have gaps and you can see the light shining in. There are knots in the wood which also have big holes. Part of the wood is warped and there are gaps. If the shed we had bought was cheap you can think you get what you pay for but it was not.

I have raised a complaint and sent photos which have been referred to the manufacturer. They do not seem to realise that our contract is with them and not the manufacturer.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company unless you expect an extremely low quality product but not at a low price

WE ordered our shed in a hurry, spurred on by the ticking clock on the web site. By the next day, we realised that we had made a mistake, and ordered the wrong size!
Ringing up the helpline, we were able to explain that we wanted a smaller size, and Ben and his collegues helped rectify our mistake, and a partial refund has been made, and another shed will be on its way.

Ordered a 10x8 in April for delivery in May but when I checked my email at the start of May I realised I had actually ordered 10x6. Ben managed to rectify my issue and still keep the same delivery date. Will update once she's is delivered and put up. Overall so far can't fault them.

Delivered on time as advised. Product was as described and went together well. James L was very helpful in getting a copy of the assembly instructions emailed over after I misplaced the copy delivered with the shed. Would recommend and am now considering replacing my other shed.

James was very helpful when I needed to change my order. No fuss or delay.

We are a charity and needed to purchase a shed. James was very helpful with advising the best way for us to do this as we have restrictions in place. James has been our one point of contact and made it simple and stress free.

I had to return my item as it wasn't what I needed there was no returns slip in the parcel so had ring several numbers and email in order to get to the right customer service.
However when I eventually did, I got a really exceptional helpful customer service advisor called Ben who took on my query and replied to my questions promptly and satisfactory.
Thanks to Ben I now feel my query is resolved. Many thanks Ben.
We need more Ben's in customer service rolls.

Very well made sheds and would definitely use again and recommend, the only down side is there low roofs, suitable for anybody under 5ft tall over that get ready for permanently banging your head, personally I would check the sheds height and opt for the custom made version and get more headroom, otherwise it will drive you mad, I use mine now just for storage rather than a garden workshop with being unable to stand up inside, I'm 5.10"

Horrendous customer service.
I ordered a shed because it was in stock and 2-5 day delivery. 3 weeks on and I still haven't received it and just being fobbed off with excuses.

Will never use these again.

To be very clear the staff being Wendy and james that I dealt with at sheds.co.uk were very polite and professional. That's all I can say that was good unfortunately sheds.co.uk have some of there products from a company called mercia garden products this company's product are at best firewood my summerhouse was delivered damaged some of it looked rotten they say it's guaranteed for 10 years you would be lucky if it lasted a year there products are really poor quality poor quality workmanship avoid at all costs in my opinion I did ring and told them to collect summerhouse as I wasn't impressed with it it took over 3 weeks to be collected and a further 12 days to get my refund into my bank account so not very impressed about that either

I ordered a new shed but there was a mistake in the shipping address. However Ben dealt with the problem and it was instantly rectified. The service was excellent and I appreciated his friendly, efficient manner.

Ordered garden furniture which arrived incomplete due to poor packaging, with items missing on delivery. The delivery itself was also handled poorly, with items left in a disorganised state on the driveway and I was asked to assist despite recovering from surgery.
After reporting the missing items, there was a delay before they were even dispatched. When they eventually arrived, the quality (particularly the cushions and felt) did not represent good value for the price paid.
The most disappointing aspect, however, was the handling of the complaint. Responses were largely generic, accountability was avoided, and despite raising multiple concerns, there was no meaningful acknowledgement of the issues.
I made it clear I was not seeking compensation, only a proper response and acknowledgement, but this was not provided and communication ultimately stopped.
I would welcome the opportunity for Sheds.co.uk to properly review and respond to this experience.

Shoddily built shed. Customer service was poor with a maximum of £50 refund. Leaked in the first rain shower. Too many issues to list. Choose another company to deal with and don’t buy a Holts shed - terrible quality!

Great customer service from Ben, who answered all our queries quickly and efficiently. Quick, free delivery. Well packaged and friendly, helpful delivery man.
Shed itself relatively easy to follow the instructions but hard to get perfect as it is hard to line things up properly.
