Ordered two sheds from here as website looked real and nothing looked fake. 30 days later money not refunded, no items sent and now website taken down. Bank statements show company as a podcast company rather than sheds express. Raised with credit card company

Shed Express. Payment showed on my bank account as Podcast course which made me suspicious, I received a genuine looking confirmation email on 16th May, after a few weeks and no delivery details I have tried emailing and calling. Fortunately I have been reimbursed by my bank and then today o had another email from Shed express saying there was an issue with my payment and to reorder and use different payment details!!

My husband ordered a shed from these people they took 2lots of 133 pound baring inind it was only supposed to be for 133 but no shed that was 5/ 6 weeks ago I am going to the police Nd whoever it is will be paying us back in call even if we have to come looking for you it's a scam and con

Ordered 2 items from shedsexpress. Paid by Credit card on the 16th May 2026. Items not yet delivered. Checked my credit card statement and a payment was taken by; Podcast Course Calgary, AB (Canada) Contacted my credit card company and they have asked me to make a claim after 30 days, if the items are not delivered.

Based on my experience, I believe this company is not operating legitimately.

As reflected in other reviews, payment was taken promptly, but the company subsequently became unreachable. Apart from receiving an email receipt, all aspects of the transaction initially appeared genuine.

I find it concerning that businesses such as this are able to continue operating and accept card payments despite numerous reports of similar experiences. In my view, this company appears to be a complete scam, and I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before making any purchase.
Contacted my card provider and awaiting a refund of the amount paid

Stay well clear of these, like all other reviews,order went through and payment was taken only to have no delivery confirmation. Sent several emails with no reply also tried to ring the the phone number provided and doesn’t even ring.

This company is a complete scam.
As per the other reviews they take the money but are then uncontactable.
Other then the receipt, everything looked genuine. The receipt was a massive give-away - no description, links that stopped working etc.
Contacted card company immediately and was told the same as another reviewer - had to wait 30days to raise a dispute. I didn't wait, phoned them and pointed out the facts, now with dispute team.

They take money from card but not a English company the money was taken by a ladies clothing company not sure what country they do not answer emails our banks fraud dept highlighted it and put a charge back on our card fortunately

DONT order from this company they take your money and don't deliver your order or answer any emails had to ring action fraud to report them IT IS A SCAM you will never see your order so please don't order unlike me they have taken my money and other peoples money but you won't get your goods so please don't order

SCAM. Do not order from this website! Payment comes up as Podcast Course with an address based in Canada.
Google reviews on website are for a garden centre, not this company. Goods not received and no answer when calling phone number.

Scammers will not send goods or respond to emails etc. need to wait 30 days before the credit card company will open a case. Absolute tossers

SCAM Alert
Other than a confirmation email and payment from Podcast course on my bank, I have had no correspondence from this website. I emailed, left a message via their website contact form and tried calling the mobile number. Heard absolutely nothing back. Found it hard to find them again, hard to find reviews until I tried trust pilot. So thank Gary and the other person that was scammed this week, I was lucky to be reimbursed by my bank.

No response to emails - payment came up as Podcast - SCAM

I only suspected this was a scam when I saw the reference to Podcast Course on my bank statement. Did contact customer service and have received a reassuring response. Everything looks very professional but I did not receive ordered goods. Responses from customer services go unanswered.

Scam do not use, same website appears under other names.
