Hard to receive personalised video
Personalised video not received. Cannot contact anybody who can deal with it. Denial of emails received and said was sent however I have proof of both. Nobody reply’s to emails until leave negative review here. Finally have the video but only as the link was sent directly to me in a email since writing a bad review. Altered from terrible to little below average for the ease of it. The actually video is worth it when you get it
