I would give this 5 stars, but the site crashed on me while I was going through the process (while uploading images) and I had to start over. Otherwise, great product. I can't wait to see my kiddo's face when he watches the video. :)

Although I didn’t get it in the 24 hour period due to an issue with the automated system, I loved the video once it arrived! My son loves Shaun the Sheep and has watched all the episodes and movies a million times! I am so happy I could make him part of his own special episode!!!

Bit gutted that this still hasn’t…
Bit gutted that this still hasn’t appeared on the day, despite it now being 22:20. Not impressed given it cost nearly £20!
Update: support got in touch and sent the link through, the system didn’t email me the video. I would recommend ordering for the day before you need the video in case it doesn’t work and you have to contact support.
