Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Good work, but unethical billing and unprofessional behavior

If I could separate the star ratings, I would give this company 5 stars for their workmanship. My roof looks beautiful. I had it inspected and was informed that the metal used was top quality and the workmanship was impeccable. However, my rating for this company is lowered significantly due to their unethical business practices. First, I was given a quote for the job. Then, when I was charged, I was expected to pay the quoted price PLUS an additional cost for my deductible. I argued with them for at least 20 minutes—the deductible is not an extra charge, it is the portion that I pay before insurance pays their part. This is unethical and deceptive. Second, I was told that they would give me a $100 pre-paid card if I gave them a 5-star rating. So, please hold some skepticism for the 5-star reviews.

Added 5/19/26:
After leaving my review, Jonny contacted me and offered to return the amount he referred to as the “deductible.” However, when I asked about meeting, he clarified that he expected me to remove my review in exchange. I told him I was willing to edit the review if appropriate, but I was not comfortable removing a truthful review in exchange for compensation.

After that, I received a series of hostile text messages, which I find to be extremely unprofessional. I still have not received the promised refund.

My original concern was never about whether homeowners are responsible for insurance deductibles. My concern was the way the pricing and billing were communicated during the process and that a deductible is not an added expense on top.

Tonight I also learned that he publicly posted portions of my signed contract on social media while discussing me as a customer. I do not consider that professional business conduct, and because of these interactions, I have adjusted my rating accordingly.
