Defective product within 10 days – no customer service response
I ordered a Shark Power detect vacuum on April 1 and received it on April 3. Unfortunately, the vacuum stopped working around April 13 after only about 10 days of normal use.
I contacted SharkClean on April 14 to report the issue. I was initially asked to wait a few days, but since then I have not received any meaningful response or solution and they stopped responding in the 15th April.
A product failing within such a short time should be handled quickly and professionally. I requested a replacement and for the faulty product to be collected from my home, but this has not been arranged.
I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. I expect a prompt resolution in line with consumer rights.
Now i have to take legal action towards this company.
* 27 april : last week they asked me to wait patiently and nothing else happened until today.
27 April: I was asked again to wait patiently, with no further progress.
29 April: Still no update or scheduled pickup.
I have now contacted the European Consumer Centre for assistance.
This level of delay and lack of clear communication is very disappointing. I expect a proper resolution in line with consumer rights.

I bought the Ninja to make smoothies for my family. This machine is a monster. No matter what goes in the smoothie, what comes out is a perfectly smooth and enjoyable drink. And the clean up is so easy even my kids can do it.

Just bought the Shark PowerDetect…
Just bought the Shark PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro and I’m honestly disappointed — it does not support multi-floor mapping.
For a product at this price point, that feels like a major missing feature. Pretty much all robot vacuums in this range allow multiple floor maps, so this really stands out in a bad way. If you have more than one floor in your home, the robot can only remember one layout at a time. Mapping a second floor just overwrites the first, which makes it really inconvenient to use.
SHARK — please update the Shark Clean app to support proper multi-floor mapping. This is not a hardware limitation, it’s clearly a software issue. Just update the app and enable it.
Also, the “Quick Clean” (random clean) mode isn’t great, especially when mopping across different floor types. It doesn’t adapt well and feels quite basic compared to the mapped cleaning.
Overall, it works fine on a single floor, but the lack of multi-floor support really limits its usefulness in a typical home.

I’ve had my Ninja Air Fryer for nearly a week now, and so far, I’m very impressed! Even though I haven't had time to test every single feature yet, the results have been great. First, I made French fries using the Roast mode, and they turned out delicious. I also tried chicken—since it was still frozen, I started with the Roast mode to cook it through and then switched to Air Fry at the end to get that perfect crispy finish. The meat was juicy and perfectly cooked.
I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

I had a very positive experience with Shark Clean DE (sharkclean.de). Everything went perfectly from ordering to delivery.
The shipping was fast, and the Glow Mask arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The product itself is high quality and works exactly as expected — I’m very satisfied with it.
There was no need for a return, as everything was spot on from the beginning.
Overall, a smooth and reliable shopping experience. I would definitely order from Shark Clean again!
