Good afternoon. I ordered a coffee machine from the Ninja website in the Netherlands. It was delivered a week ago, but I want to return it. I logged into my account, but it says it’s not eligible for return! How is that possible? I’m disappointed! I want to get a return label and return the item; by law, I have the right to do so. I’ve contacted customer support more than three times, but I only receive automated messages saying they’ll get back to me—which hasn’t happened yet. My order number is 03100008208. It is truly a shame that 0 stars are not a thing. This company is a complete joke. I have purchased a Ninja Cripi Pro. They sent me the wrong product and support is basically not providing any resolution really.
Obviously they don't stand by their products, let alone care about their customers.
Save your money and spend it somewhere where you are not treated as a nuisance for pointing out that they made a mistake and wanting them to fix it.
Update - I appreciate you are sorry but the issue is still not resolved. Thank you!
