Shark ninja hoover - Customer service

We purchased a shark hoover on the 6/1/2025, when this arrived it seemed to have bee opened and re taped. We called Shark and was connected with a video call and while on the video call we opened the box and to the horror it was a used hoover full of dirt, of course shark agreed to a partial refund and we cleaned the hoover.
On the 7/12/2025 it stopped working and we contacted shark who agreed to replace this and collect the broken one.
We had to take a day of to accommodate and they gave the courier the incorrect address, so waited in for nothing.
I called they was completely unhelpful and offered me a discount on another product provided I pay the full price and then claim a refund, a escalation manager on the 8/12/25 could not even be bothered to call me back when I asked

Purchased frozen slushie machine on the…

Purchased frozen slushie machine on the 18th November, apparently the item was shipped from VIC to Meb the returned to VIC on the 28th November.
I have called every day for the past 5 days speaking with someone different each day asking for an update along with sending emails. With no responses from emails. Each call I was told something different. Today I was told they received my item on the 28th and they have no stock left that I now need to wait until February for the item to be resent.

I have never received such poor and unprofessional customer service. I would tell anyone I speak to, to stick clear of this company as they are terrible.

Consistent Product Failures and Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with Shark Ninja. After counting, I own 17 Shark/Ninja products—not because I keep buying them, but because my husband assumes I like them and gifts them to me. Unfortunately, every single one has had an issue before the warranty expired.
Customer service is consistently difficult to deal with. While they eventually replace defective products, they always charge shipping. I’ve tolerated that in the past, but my most recent experience was unacceptable.
My Shark Matrix 2-in-1 mop tank began leaking after just 2 months (I’ve had the unit for 4 months total). I have hardwood floors—this could have caused serious damage. Thankfully, I work from home and caught it immediately. I followed all troubleshooting steps listed on their website, but nothing worked.
When I called, I requested only the mop attachment replacement. I was told that part is NOT covered under warranty, even though it’s part of the product I purchased as a whole and is clearly defective. Instead, they suggested I buy the part on Amazon out of pocket. Completely unacceptable.
After demanding a refund, they replaced the entire unit (which makes no sense when I only needed one part). This company’s policies are inconsistent and feel designed to frustrate customers into giving up.
I’ve had enough. Shark Ninja needs to stop belittling and taking advantage of consumers they assume do not have the means to fight back. You picked the wrong consumer this time. I am prepared to spend whatever is necessary to initiate a class action lawsuit against this company.
I will never purchase another product from them, and I will make sure others know about these practices.

An awful shopping experience absolutely scam company

An awful shopping experience. Like someone mentioned here, I also ordered a Shark Ninja Air fryer, the first was stolen by Evri/ damaged/never turned up. Shark Ninja said they will send a replacement and this was also stolen by Evri/gone missing?! and the tracking evidenced neither items were ever delivered. After contacting customer services multiple times to request a refund/cancellation of the order they keep fobbing me off saying will send to another department?!! I'm here 10 days later, after raising a second formal complaint, with no air fryer, and them holding £170 of my money. An absolute disgrace of a retailer. Avoid like the plague.. What a waste of time and money. Will have to raise a charge back with my credit card now

I would only but again if I was…

I would only but again if I was desperate. Their products don't last & their warranty program is useless. I was gifted a robot in Sep. The battery died. They said it was previously used in Jan which made it refurbished product so they would not honor any warranty.

We bought a pot pan set at Nebraska…

We bought a pot pan set at Nebraska Furniture Mart, with life time warranty, over a year pots had ceramic coating lifting, i call about replacements and was told Ninja Never stic was not being made anymore but was offered a Ceramic select cookware set for replacement. I am totally dissatisfied with this set, it is cheaply made compared to the one we originally purchased. I was told nothing can be done anymore. I am deeply dissatisfied with Shark/Ninja service and or warranty. Never again! Fernando Ayala

Outstanding service and support

Ok, so I’m not linked to SharkNinja in any way apart from being a new customer. My experience from start to finish was exceptional and my interaction with customer service via their digital support was equally quick and satisfactory. They responded twice on the Sunday, less than 24 hours after contact. I’m posting this as it seems they’ve listened and made changes and whilst I can’t speak for others, my experience has been great.

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered an air purifier, paid in full on debit card, received order confirmation, 5 mins later an email advising my order had been cancelled, no reason given. Told to wait 5-10 business days for my money back. AVOID!

Not happy, won’t replace when under warranty

I have a lot of different Ninja products but the last few months my kettle my kettle has been very temperamental and takes multiple times to boil.

I contacted Ninja because it is still in warranty, they told me I didn’t buy it from an “ approved seller” so the warranty isn’t valid.

It’s a disgrace that they did this, we bought it from a catalog and didn’t know it wasn’t an approved bender, it was a brand new Ninja product and should still be in warranty. The advisor told me I could buy a replacement base for the kettle at £40, the kettle cost £130 when we bought it.

Hence to say, we will not ever be buying from Ninja again.

They should honour their own warranty on all their products.

I went to their website on 11/17/25 and…

I went to their website on 11/17/25 and placed a vaccum in the cart. On the vacuum description page, it states EXCLUSIVE CODE: TAKE $150 OFF WITH CODE POWER ( and IN the pic of the vacuum in a bright red box it stated the same code ). I applied the code and it did indeed take the 150 off. I then applied my form of payment, hit the PLACE ORDER button and it then stated the code is not valid. I then deleted and reapplied it, it took the money off again and when I went to place the order, it stated the code was not valid ( ITS ON YOUR WEBSITE IN A BIG RED BOX AND IT JUST WORKED !! ). I then deleted the whole cart, put the vac back in and now it states the code is invalid !! WTH !! Now keep in mind the time that has elapsed from me getting the code to work and then it saying is invalid was less than 1 minute. If the code was no longer valid, WHY is it still listed as a banner on the site STILL ! I called Shark/Ninja customer service and a gentleman ( very polite and helpful ) aftyer almost an hour of putting me on hold and checking on and off with his team, stated that due to a new policy regarding codes, they can only offer a 5% discount ( about 16 bucks off compared to the $150 POWERUP code it SHOULD AND DID take off. The code is still listed on the site, I HAD the code working and it took the 150 off originally until I went to pay. They cant tell me WHY the code is still listed on the site and why it worked for me until I applied the payment and submitted the order. They tell me the code is still active, but cant tell me why I cannot use it ! I asked if i could place the order at full price and they after the fact refund my form of payment the 150 for the code, and they stated the best they can do is 5% off. I have 12 other NINJA/SHARK products in my order history with them, and this may be the straw that breaks the camels back and possible keep me from buying any further products. No offer to help me when OBVIOUSLY its a website or software issue on THEIR end, other than 5% off due to their new " code policy "............abdolutely ridiculous. I dont leavbe one star reviews very oftenm unless they are required, but this deserves it. Dont lista code ( that you have stated is valid and working ) on your site and then not offer to deduct the code from my order when its not working as it should ! They verified the item qualified for the code, they verified that it applied it originally and they also verified that it SHOULD deduct it, but then they offer 5% off..........sad. I have always had good luck with SHARK/NINJA , but this issue is obviously on their end and they are unwilling to help and accept it. I expected more from SHARK/NINJA, especially with the amount of $ I have spent with them and the patronage I have shown them over the years

Incredibly poor customer services

Incredibly poor customer services - refusing to engage with refund process.

Like many of the other reviews, despite having my returned hoover for over 3 weeks, the supplier is refusing to issue my agreed refund. I've called them up twice to sort this, both times the caller lied about sending me an email, and on the second time I was hung up on when I asked to speak with someone who would actually send me an email instead of lying about it.

Terrible company, terribly incompetent support staff, and poor unreliable robot hoovers. Do not use this company, I'm now engaging with my credit card provided for a charge back.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. They sent the wrong item then acted like they were doing me a favour by taking it back. Took 7 emails to sort out and get them to collect it again. Were very reluctant to send the correct item. Took up far too much time to get them to rectify their own mistake. I'd never order from them direct again.

The Worst Customer Service

I have been waiting for a refund of over $300 from Shark, for a broken carpet cleaner, since 09/02/2025. I have spent several hours on the phone with representatives who have promised the refund has been processed but in reality it has been “sent to an escalation team”. I contacted my bank who suggested I dispute the transaction as Shark has had more than enough time to process the refund. I will never be spending my money with this company again. Truly the worst customer service I have ever received.
