Contacted Ninja via the website. No reply. Tried the online bot chat and goes around in circles.
DPD aren’t easy to speak to.

This company is, quite simply, outstanding. The quality of the products is exceptional, but what truly distinguishes them from others is their customer service, which is nothing short of phenomenal.
On two separate occasions, I needed to contact customer support, and both times my call was answered by a real person within two minutes. In today’s world, where long wait times and automated systems are the norm, this alone was incredibly impressive. Even more impressive was the level of care, professionalism, and genuine empathy shown by the advisors. I was treated with patience, respect, and warmth, and at no point did I feel like “just another customer.” I felt genuinely valued.
When I reported a minor fault with my vacuum cleaner, the advisor immediately took ownership of the issue and made every effort to locate a replacement part. When it became clear that this wasn’t possible, I was offered a brand-new vacuum cleaner without hesitation no delays, no back-and-forth, and no unnecessary questions. I was advised it would arrive within seven days.
To my complete shock and absolute delight, the replacement arrived within 24 hours during the Christmas period. This level of efficiency, generosity, and commitment to customer satisfaction is incredibly rare and deserves special recognition.
This experience has completely exceeded my expectations. If this is not the very definition of world-class customer service, I honestly don’t know what is.
I will enthusiastically and confidently recommend this company to others, not only because of the excellent products, but because the after sales support is truly second to none.

My experience with Shark was a tale of two channels. The email support team provided a high-friction experience, denying a simple 10% discount request with a "wait and see" attitude. In contrast, the French-speaking phone support was seamless. Nadia handled my request immediately and empathetically. It’s clear there is a major gap in empowerment between the email agents and the phone representatives. While I’m happy with the final outcome, the journey to get there was unnecessarily difficult.
A really positive experience

I recently purchased a Ninja air fryer from Argos and, upon unboxing it, noticed that the heating element in Drawer 1 was making a rattling noise.
I contacted Ninja directly to ask whether this was unusual, and they responded within an hour. They offered me the option to return the item to Argos (providing a reference number to cover a manufacturing fault) or to have the unit replaced.
I chose the replacement option, as returning it to Argos would have resulted only in a refund not exchange. After sending Ninja a copy of my receipt, I received confirmation within two days that a new unit was on its way.
My personal experience has therefore been extremely positive. Having previously purchased both Ninja and Shark products, I’ve always been impressed by their quality—and even more so by their customer service.

*Update: 23/12/25 at five pm I was explaining the fault with our vac to Alice, at 10am the next day (Christmas eve!) I took delivery of the replacement part so accurately diagnosed and despatched! Absolutely amazing service, the peace of mind knowing that Shark has a back up service like this is worth the purchase price of the vac alone!!
I hate giving one star
I hate giving one star, because I have been satisfied up until now. But I have been trying to get them to fix my issue for 2 months already! I ordered a replacement part for my juicer. I get my packages delivered to the post office. Shark Ninja used a delivery company (OnTrac) that isn't contacted with the post office, so the post office doesn't accept deliveries from them. OnTrac leaves the packages in a bin outside of the post office, snaps a picture and according to them it has been delivered. But the post office won't even take the OnTrac packages inside. They sort them into another bin for OnTrac to pick back up. Now both Shark Ninja and OnTrac claim this has been delivered with photo evidence... It is not an expensive part, so I really don't understand why my issue hasn't been resolved. Just send me a new part, people! And use a reputable delivery service this time.
Incompetent
I ordered a rather expensive pan set from shark ninja which should have arrived within a few days, after a week I contacted the “customer experience” team to be told the order was on its way. I waited another week, contacted them and was told the order wasn’t processed and I would receive it in 3-5 working days. I kindly asked for a refund and bought a different set from Amazon for next day delivery. The team at shark ninja informed me that my refund would be in my bank within 7 working days. 8 days passed, unsurprisingly, the money was not in my account. Contacted the team and was told that the original refund was not processed! Over a month after placing my original order I’m still awaiting my refund. Very surprised at the level of stupidity and poor customer service for such a well established company. I will not be purchasing anything from shark ninja again.

I ordered an expensive hair dryer with attachments for a Chritmas gift. Their delivery service (OnTrac) delivered it and put it by my garbage bin!! REALLY!! So it was considered trash!
Was not even close to my home address!! They will not reimburse me for my purchase, stated it was the OnTrac delivery service was responsible and OnTrac states it is the responsibility of SharkNinja!!!!

What amazed me the most about Shark’s…
What amazed me the most about Shark’s vacuum, the stick one, was that it would actually sense when I moved it from hardwood to the living room rug and it would adjust the suction accordingly. The self-emptying dock is the part I didn’t know I needed… come home, drop it in the base, and it’s charged and empty next time I grab it. As someone who has two shedding labs, this is a much needed thing for me.

The new swirl pints on the Ninja creami with the nozzle are a game changer. No joke, it made vanilla frozen yogurt last night and piped it straight into cones like Dairy Queen. UTurnsed the Soft Serve Frozen Yogurt program, whipped in so much air it felt light but still creamy. The best part is that the cleanup after was literally just rinsing the paddle and tossing everything else in the dishwasher.
Dreadful and Incompetent

Their choice of courier (Evri) did not attempt to deliver my parcel which ended with it being returned to the supplier. I was making use of a sale price and their introductory 10% off offer, both of which had conveniently lapsed after two weeks of waiting for the delivery. The solution I was given by their customer support was to re-order from either their website, or "somewhere like Curry's or Amazon". Not one of their so called advocates attempted to engage with the issue. Dreadful company, I suggest avoiding.
Misleading Ordering Process & Poor Customer Service
I placed an order on November 30, 2025, for the Build Your Own Shark Flexstyle Air Styling & Drying System. At the time of purchase, there was no indication that the product was out of stock or on back order. The company shipped the attachments promptly, but the main styling system has been stuck in “processing” status for over two weeks.
When I contacted customer support on December 15, 2025, I was told the product was on back order and “usually restocked within two weeks.” I explained that it had already been delayed for two weeks, only to be informed that it would not be restocked until the end of December.
This was intended as a Christmas gift, and had the company disclosed the backorder status upfront, I would not have purchased it. To make matters worse, I was never notified of the delay or given an expected delivery date—just a vague “processing” status. When I asked if they could upgrade shipping once restocked, the representative said no.
Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, and unhelpful customer service. Customers deserve to know when a product is unavailable before placing an order, especially during the holiday season. #sharkninja #poor communication #misleadingconsumers
Good quality and great customer service.
I have multiple SharkNinja products (Ninja food processor, Ninja Speedi multi cooker, and Shark vacuum). All have been reliable and well made, and the customer service has been excellent. I have had my Ninja food processor for over 10 years with no faults. When my Ninja Speedi bowl insert showed signs or wear before I had expected it to a free replacement was sent straight away, and after 3 years my Shark vacuum battery was not holding charge so a free replacement was also sent for that within 3 days of me reporting the problem. So the free 5 year guarantee is absolutely genuine.

If I could give zero stars I would. I returned my product the day after receiving and am still waiting for my refund. The email I received stated it would take up to 10 business day. I'm now at day 14. Customer support is terrible. And yet, they want Canadians to support Canadian companies. This is hard to do when this is how they treat their customers.

I nededed a chopping blade as a spare part but they did not respond to my emails and don't pick up the phone.
POOR SERVICE
I don't like leaving negative reviews but i am so frustrated I ordered from Ninja/Shark then cancelled my order after 10 minutes. I am still waiting for my refund after 3 weeks. I rang Ninja/shark up and they said they will process the refund now and will expect to see it in my account within 24 hours. 72 hours later still no refund. I will be contacting them again.
