Faulty product

Ordered a shark never change 5, stopped working due to fault after 10 days. Got a refund but the stress and time lost due to returning the product is immense. Dont you have a quality control especially for a big well established company? Can you refund my fuel expense?

Shark cordless hoover…

Shark hoover purchased for the odd quick clean round the house. Power alot weaker than expected for a cordless rechargeable hoover.But Ideal for a scoot round the place but not for everyday cleaning as it's just not powerful enough. Still have to get out the big Miele across the week to ensure good clean. Definitely needed when you have 3 dogs, one teenager. I had expected more to be honest and wouldn't have bought in hindsight.

Shark Pet Plus Cordless Stick Vacuum

I bought Shark Pet Plus Cordless Stick Vacuum cleaner, and I was impressed by its power and capability. Delivered next day. Wow. Does the job without any hassle, only impovement could be done when its used on laminate floor, as sometimes doesn't pick up some small bits, but once you run few times across, job is done. Time will tell, but now after almost 5 months and everyday( three times per day) use, still works perfectly. Reccomended product.

2nd purchase from Shark

2nd purchase from Shark, a table top fan, Flexbreeze, cordless, absolutely fantastic and very quiet. After many years of poor fans, so glad I found this one.
Same quality as my Shark vacuum cleaner that I have had for about 4 years now.
I cannot fault their products.

Changed from a dyson to a shark as I was sick of the prices of dyson when they only last a few years. The shark is very underwhelming. No charging wall port so it sits with a cable hanging out it propped against the wall. The hoover itself is completely gutless and only collects dirt when you push forwards over it, not pull back. It does the job but I certainly wouldnt be rushing to buy another one.

Faulty product and even worse customer…

Faulty product and even worse customer service. I reported to shark not even a week after receiving the fan that it was faulty and it has still not been rectified. Initially I was told they were out of stock and it would take 2-3 weeks to receive a replacement. To then be told a week later I would receive a replacement in 2-3 days but then radio silence and no sign of the replacement fan. I have now been told their policies have changed within this time and I have to write a hand written wrote quoting the model number? When I challenged this and said they would get the number themselves when they collected the faulty fan I was told it was my responsibility to dispose of the old fan and to still provide a hand written note??!! Still no reply, no working fan and I am out of over £100+. Shocking and would discourage anyone to purchase from shark again.
