Terrible service
Terrible service and no help from John Lewis - even though I was sent there from their website. The packaging arrived open with the blind hanging out. A non branded courier van with a non English speaking driver delivered the item so I could not make myself understood to refuse delivery. I reported this to the supplier and had to chase repeatedly to get any feedback. A week later they now say they wan the blind back to inspect it. I am looking at several more weeks of delay. I wish I had not gone near this company. A sickening waste of money.

Whereas the blind was produced quickly it then showed up as dispatched to carrier. Carrier did not have the blind for a further 5 days - basically the statement it had been dispatched to carrier was untrue.

Even though it’s 160 cm long vertically, the cord for lowering the sunshade is far too short, which makes it very difficult to use.
