Great experience, up-front pricing
The response time was quick and the service was great. The price I was Quoted is the price we paid. Our driver was professional and courteous. This was a great experience. Anytime we need to ship a vehicle, we do not consider anyone else.

Simply the Best Transport Company!
I have transported my car at least 5 times with SGT. Each time, the process has always been seemless and professional. Its pricing is also very competitive.
Beyond that, this company does what it says! The car was always picked up and dropped off within the agreed upon parameters. Being able to transport items with the car was a huge bonus too.
Overall, I just can't say enough nice things about this company! Book with them, you won't regret it!

Great Customer Service and Communication
I found SGT through a web search because I had never shipped a car before. What a great find it turned out to be! The plans provided different options, all at reasonable prices. Their customer service explained the differences and helped me decide which one was most applicable to my situation. They provided turn-key service with excellent communication throughout. The carrier they chose was very professional and kept to their date commitments for pick-up and drop-off. Overall, great service!

Bait and Switch
Got a quote to ship a Jeep in March for about $1K. Seemed great - 3 day window for pick up, great price. So signed with them. Come time for pick up, they call me today they found a driver and it would be $1,800! They said that the quote was just a quote and nothing else. Don’t use this company!

SGT Auto Transport has earned my complete trust. My work often requires me to be uprooted on a moment's notice, making reliable logistics critical. SGT Auto Transport has delivered on two occasions, each time exceeding expectations.
The first time, they successfully transported my car from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to my home in Murfreesboro, TN, with a pickup in Jacksonville, Florida. My car arrived without a single scratch.
The second experience was even more impressive. They transported my car from Houston to my driveway in under three days. I booked the transport on November 10th, the car was picked up on the 11th, and it was delivered on the 12th—precisely on schedule, with real-time updates and tracking. The staff was professional and friendly, and they ensured the best driver was assigned.
I have immense gratitude for the drivers who do this difficult job. I trust SGT Auto Transport for a job well done.
Last but not least!!! The other companies promising price lock-in were overpriced by $500.00!!

SHT made my experience transporting our work truck effortless. The truck arrived as promised and within the dates given, which was huge, given I had four men waiting for it so they can start their work. SGT great Company
SGT handled our transport from California to NorthernNew Mexico. Everything went smoothly from scheduling to pick up and delivery. I called the company with some questions a couple of times and they were happy to assist me. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. And the price was very reasonable. I did shop around. I found SGT to meet my needs and will be using them again.
