Appalling service.
After they cancelled the first delivery slot, I got up at 5.30 to wait for a revised delivery between 6 and 9am, which never arrived, with no message to explain. When I finally got through by phone, was told "the item is not in stock"!!!

Helpful and kind
The two guys kept me informed and were helpful and kind they arrived today on one of the hottest days we have ever had.
The sideboard was heavy and they first brought it to the front door ,I had advised on the phone to bring it to the carpark to use the much easier access entrance to the lounge I had moved my car to ensure space ,however they carried it then to the car park even though it was boiling hot .I asked them to help me unpack it to ensure I could get it out of the box and check it was perfect, they did happily Thank you guys .
