Very good service. The whole process from booking the delivery slot to calling 30 minutes before arriving and delivering on time was seamless. The delivery men carried my parcel & put it in the garden as it was too heavy for me to lift alone. Highly recommend the company. Thank you to the delivery men.

Communication was outstanding rang 45 minutes away. I've just came out of hospital and was gonna have to wrestle it upstairs on my own, but the two lads were excellent they took it straight upstairs and left it in my hall outside living room door. No customer service support
Your customer service and the team that books delivers in are useless they don't listen to the customer explained I work untill 2 pm but was told can't change time booked me in for 8am untill 11am both times I called did not get no help with changing times so had to take morning of work my boss was not happy .. I did get a call from drivers saying how long they would be which was good and very polite they were but I think the team on the phone need retraing up
