They are short, un ethical

Dec 30 ,2025. Ordered Dec 11,2025.
They are short supply if they have any.Only partial order shipped, on three orders.
Multiple calls, told sorry repeatedly, if I can get through. Promised shipments multiple times ,next day, Still no tracking number.
One shipment short 200 oz.
Use another supplier who can guarantee delivery.

Very easy to purchase silver coins

Very easy to purchase silver coins! I ordered random year Royal Canadian Mint coins and received the 2026 coins, which were a little bit extra per ounce. Very happy with my order, will be dealing with SilverGoldBullion going forward!

One of the worst experiences of my life…

One of the worst experiences of my life was purchasing gold bars from Silver Gold Bull. They take absolutely no responsibility for delayed orders.
When I first called the shipping department, a man named Amed answered and told me he would update my address, but he didn't follow through. A few days later, I called again and a woman who works with him answered (unfortunately, she didn't introduce herself, so I don't have her name). She said "there's no one here but me," which is really laughable. She wouldn't let me speak to a higher authority and kept making excuses about how busy the business was.
I repeatedly told her that I needed these orders for gifts and that I was traveling, but she didn't care at all. She just kept repeating herself without any regard for my problem.
What makes this worse is that Amed knew that FedEx doesn't change the address after a package has been shipped, yet he told me "the package will be delivered to you the next day." These people lack knowledge and their presence only creates problems. They just make excuses and cause issues, and apparently no one supervises their work.
Please stop making excuses and just do your job. I wish your manager would fire both of you from this company.
I'm sorry that I created such a bad experience for myself by purchasing from Silver Gold Bull. If there was a zero-star option, I would definitely choose it.
