Horrible shipment company ,big delay and costly

Place an order on 26 July , 28 shipment was done, choose SF cos it was mentioned 8 to 16 days . As well the shipment cost was lower ,compering to DHL. My order arrived just today 17 August. Arrived in uae, then sent to Netherland ,then back to uae. And...the most funny ,they dont deliver to your door, so on top i have to pay for Emirates post delivery. Basically end up paying ,as it will be delivered by Fedex. Its unbelievable, 20days to receive my parcel ,and cost as 5 days delivery

Ordered from Amazon and safe press suppose to have delivered it over a month ago can’t get in contact with them. And Amazon ain’t no better they talking bout we just promote the scammers product they can’t help u but u purchased it thru them sad ass bad customer service

Bait and switch.I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks and got be a dimestore not size appropriate cheap 10 dollar knock offs I want my money back ASAP! And let me know where to return these awful shoes

I bought a pair of shoes advertised as Birkenstocks. What I received was a cheap pair of knock off sandals that are too big and hurt my feet. Bait and switch. Not a legitimate way to do business. I plan on reporting this to the better business bureau and Facebook.

SF EXPRESS PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE AND SEND ME MY PARCEL ASAP

PACKAGE DUE BETWEEN 14 AND 23RD. STILL NO PACKAGE DESPITE WAITIN G A MONTH. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS DISCOVERED THAT PACKAGE IS STUCK IN FRANCE ???!!
NO REPLY TO EMAIL I SENT THEM
UNABLE TO FIND ANY OTHER CONTACT DETAILS FOR THEM.
APPRENTLY THEY ARE IGNORING ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
SO, THEY ARE EITHER INCOMPETANT OR FRAUDS.

I have a thought about what's going on

This is the 2nd time I've ordered something from USA - Taiwan & received an email that I need to download the EZWAY App from "SF-express", to allow them to act as agents to accept the package. However, my package is not scheduled to arrive for at least 2 more weeks, and it is under the care of Pitney-Bowes, for customs declaration and THEY pay duties on my behalf. Plus, it still shows it is in USA. I think scammers are grabbing a mailing list and just fishing for $ from unaware folk. Taxes/duties/import fees should be covered on your original purchase, no? **BTW, Pitney Bowes have NO contact information either.

TO AVOID SF EXPRESS, DO NOT ORDER OVERSEAS!

I fell for an Instagram ad and bought from a clothing brand that seemed legitimate (like a USA brand). They claimed to have logistics and a warehouse in USA so I said “ok cool!” I bought the item (which was a $120 garment) and it’s been 4 weeks since SF Express has ANY sort of detail on where my package is. The merchant I bought from refuses to respond and their FAQs say they’re not responsible for deliveries. I agree, the merchant is never responsible but this merchant also lied and never said their items are coming from China. Had I known that, I would’ve never bought from them.

STAY AWAY! I believe SF Express is just a networked Asian carrier where scammer Chinese merchants send items out and the SF Express scammers claim that the items are delivered when it’s never the case. I’m through waiting for this jacket and I’m filing a dispute with PayPal.

Also, if you buy off Amazon, be careful of Chinese merchants and third-party sellers. 90% of sellers on Amazon are Chinese and will send you crap products and will scam you by using this shipping service!

Ordered 2 invicta watches from abestpopshop.
Update info is not correct at all.
30 april it said it was in stockholm and on the 3maj loaded in luxumbourg??? abestpopshop tells me it will arrive soon just wait and they offerd me a 15%refund witch i still not have recieved from them at all!
SF and abestpopshop are 2 scam companies.
Glad i made the payment via paypal. So gonna take it up with paypal and hope paypal will slap them with legual issues!

Dont use SF Express

My parcell from Chine has the last five month been in Belgium. I live in Denmark. I cant get contact to SF Express. I dont think I ever will get my stuff.

Be Very Carefully of this company

Be Very Carefully of this company, especially when they ask you to send the invoice by email.

I was sending a package from HK to MY and what happened was that their online system wasn't working, so they ask me to email a request for pick up and the a invoice as the call it for Waybill.

They said once they pick up they will let me know how much they going to charge me.

They picked it up, and after like 7-8 emails of asking them the price, they never told me the price they just sent the package to Malaysia.

When the parcel came to me I had to pay RM 890+, when I calculated online it was only 300HKD(RM 150)

Thank god it was not something valuable, so I can just ask them to abandone my pakage, never again will I ever and suggest to use their service.

Faster than expected, really weird tracking...

I was kind of expecting the worst when I saw all these terrible reviews on here, but I guess I got lucky. My package arrived several days before Amazon’s estimate and in perfect condition. In fact, Amazon still lists it as undelivered, which brings me to why I’m knocking a star off - the tracking situation in my case was just bizarre. I order my jacket, Amazon lists a tracking number, cool. I take it to the SF website and enter it, SF doesn’t think it exists and all Amazon knows is that it’s been shipped from somewhere, but 17track (dubiously legit site) knows exactly where it is. Somehow.

Anyways, all told: this seems to be a pretty legit carrier, but their infrastructure outside China doesn’t appear to exist whatsoever (99% sure they hand off to UPS once it gets to the USA where I am) and the tracking is wack. Also, there are a bunch of reviews that say their packages never arrived. Mine did, but maybe don’t ship anything super important with these guys, just in case - it seems like they could lose packages pretty easily.

Useless courier from HK to Melbourne. Documents been in Melbourne for many days and still not delivered. They should not be in the courier business. Never using SF Express again.
