Excellent customer service. I'm a wedding planner and called last minute because my shipment of candle holders didn't arrive due to the recent hurricane. In less than 24 hours, they had identified some appropriate replacement ones for me, as well as the nearest location, and handled my payment over the phone. It took less than 2 hours to turn what would have been a nightmare into a positive one. Needless to say, I will be shopping with Seven Colonial again!!

Ordered candle as a gift. After waiting 12 days and still didn’t receive item, I tracked it to first mail location and lost thereafter. I had to call company and update them. They apologized but said that it was very last candle and they refunded. So no candle did receive refund but I had to do all the work

I had ordered two ceramic succelents from them. When they arrived they both were broken. I called but no one was available to answer my call. Within minutes Leon called me back because of caller ID and had looked up my name and order number. He was wonderful. I told him what had happened and he was contacting shipping right away to send out two new ones. He only asked me to send photo's of the broken pieces so they could make a claim. I did. One of the best customer service's that I have dealt with
