Delivery was faster than expected, very securely packed to avoid damage and absolutely beautiful product!

I ordered two beautiful vases that other companies were selling at higher prices and they came not only securely wrapped in bubble wrap but also in an entire box of package peanuts, there as no way they were breaking! Additionally, I requested to have a price adjustment after I noticed they were having a President’s Day sale and they responded by crediting my card within hours. Extremely impressed by the product and Leon’s customer service!

One of the best things I ordered online. The reason for 4 stars not 5 is because the decoration on the vase lid was mistup a little bet when I open it. It needs to be glued in better way.

I recently placed an order with Seven Colonial. However, due to a problem at the supplier's end, I did not receive the item I ordered. Leon in customer service worked to communicate with the supplier and within a few days, I received a full refund. I would not hesitate to order from Seven Colonial again!

Colonial Seven just refunded my order because of a shipping delay. I contacted them about the delay and they unexpectedly refunded by order. Now that’s great customer service.

I just wanted to respond to "Jay". It is true that the price is lower here, but it cost only ~ $2.00 more on Houzz and they did not charge any shipping or tax! A savings of approximately $10.00, net savings about $8.00!

I somehow didn't finish an order that I thought I had. When I questioned why I hadn't received my order, they quickly got back to me with what had happened and got me my order in time for my party. Outstanding customer service and was very happy with my carafe as well.
