I've been very imporessed with every…

I've been very imporessed with every aspect of the service offered. Timely and clear communication, professional in every respect.
So far my experience is from onboarding me as a landlord, search for a tenant and the start of the tenancy. No complaints and looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship.

Holly has been our unit property…

Holly has been our unit property manager since 2023. She has been a fantastic manager, she has kept us updated all our tenants needs with good communications and resolved all issues promptly. We get very detailed midterm unit inspection and this helps to maintain the unit in a pristine condition as possible. A shout out to Holly for that. Thanks Holly!!

I’ve had a great experience with Settio…

I’ve had a great experience with Settio from the very beginning. The whole process — from viewing the apartment to moving in — was smooth, well-organised, and clearly communicated.

Leo was fantastic during the viewing and move-in process. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful in making everything feel easy and stress-free. Since moving in, Holly has been an excellent property manager — always responsive, supportive, and quick to help whenever needed.

It’s really reassuring to have such a professional and approachable team managing the property. Thank you, to the Settio team, specially Leo and Holly, for your continued support!

Extremely unpleasant experience, irresponsible agent

The property inspection was inadequate. On the very first day of moving into the apartment, at least three problems were discovered but they were not included in the move-in inspection report. When I was collecting the apartment keys, the agent informed me that there was no mail-box key, which meant that every time I needed to check my mails, I had to go to the concierge for help. The bed legs in the bedroom were broken, the electric windows in the bedroom couldn't be opened or closed, there were mold spots in the bathroom, and I reported these problems to Settio. However, no one ever replied. They were extremely irresponsible. The worst was the kitchen sink. Every night, a foul smell would seep out from it and fill the entire living room. This wasn't caused by kitchen garbage because I hardly used it. This smell made me vomit and I couldn't live in the living room. Even when there were such problems that seriously affected my daily life, Settio still did nothing.

We fully understand how upsetting it must have been to move in and immediately face these problems. We are especially concerned to hear that you did not receive a response after reporting these matters. That is not the level of communication or service we expect from our team and for this we apologise.

I have had a very positive experience…

I have had a very positive experience working with Jacob Oram-Pilcher as our Property Manager.

Jacob has been consistently professional, responsive and proactive in his communication. His recent inspection report was thorough and clearly presented, and it was reassuring to know that the property is being maintained in immaculate condition. I especially appreciated that he took the time to compliment the tenants during his visit, which reflects a thoughtful and respectful approach to management.

It gives us confidence as overseas owners to know that our property is being well looked after, with no issues overlooked and no unnecessary escalation. Jacob’s calm, clear updates and attention to detail make the entire process smooth and stress free.

We are very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Jacob and the team to anyone looking for reliable property management support.

Exceptional Staff

I recently just moved in to a new property to rent. Over the past few months I’ve been looking and Max had been great sending me different properties until I found the right one. Then Georgina made the process from holding deposit to moving very seamless. Excellent team and would recommend to anyone who’s in search for good Lettings agent, to use Settio.

We had Fleur as our agent helping us find and view properties in Manchester. She was amazing and very easy to keep in contact with and was very helpful in providing us videos of apartments when we couldn’t drive down from Scotland to see them. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with settio moving into our new home!

Settio Property have been managing my…

Settio Property have been managing my properties for the last 8 years, to my great satisfaction.
The property manager has been Holly Keeney, who has done and continues to do a great job for me. She keeps in regular contact and keeps me informed and up to date of everything going on and warns me if there are any surprises, before they happen. Where discretion or some urgency may be required, she takes the responsibility and makes the decision herself.
Holly is one of those stars that makes owning a property while overseas, a pleasure.
