Row row row your fixed machines
Dale was a great friendly guy who did a fantastic job fixing all our rowing machines. The gym has never had so much kit good to go!
Update: after the first session using the rowers, 4 of the rowers had not had the chain not taught enough. One of the machines chain snapped off with the handles hitting the Recruit in the chest due to this error. More of a final check of rowers was required. Hopefully Dale will come back and fix them…

I’ve been meaning to fill this out for a while now James is our regular repair engineer at Nuffield Birmingham Central, he is always attending our site and repairing equipment effectively and efficiently to keep disruption and downtime to our members at a minimum.James is always happy to answer questions and even look at new faults that occur which aren’t even on his schedule for that visit.Great service

I can’t sing Andy and Jakub’s praises…
I can’t sing Andy and Jakub’s praises enough. Having taking over the gym a month ago and with over 15 pieces of gym equipment out of service. They have both come in multiple times in the month that I’ve been here, and fixed multiple bits of equipment, working diligently and efficiently.
Both are very knowledgeable and work quickly and efficiently.
We are now at a place where the only kit that is broken we are awaiting parts from their head office, which they have kept me up to date with when parts should be arriving so that I can keep members up to date.

He always comes in with an attitude where he wants to do as much as possible in the time he has with us. awful. Dnt order anything. 1st web order didnt go throug but it looked like it had. 2nd time around it did but the confirmation email never sent. Delivery never arrived, chased up and they said out of stock. next time i chased, they said it was sent. When i told them it didnt arrive they did not care at all, asked me what i wanted them to do about it as it wasnt their problem. Eventually they asked for a proof of delivery from DHL which wasnt even our building. The rudeness and attitude of the call center staff was discgusting. The service we had with them was sub standard- we will never use them again. Simply disgusting

Winston gives excellent service
Winston is our regular engineer. He is incredibly professional, friendly and helpful and goes out of his way to make sure we get excellent service. He often squeezes us in at the end of the day and makes a point of keeping us updated on parts coming and when he will be back to finish a job. He is an asset to the company and the whole team have a great relationship with him.
