Service Finance Company LLC Is a Horrible Company, please don’t deal with them if you can avoid them. I financed my bathroom remodel project (3 bathrooms) through Service Finance Company LLC with Re-Bath company performing the Installation. This project took 6 months to complete because of delays. The Service Finance Company expected me to make monthly payments before the installation was completed, I stop making payments after I paid the first payment. I expressed to Re-Bath and Service Finance Company, that I was not going to make anymore payments until the Installation was completed. The Service Finance Company reported missed payments to the Credit Companies, which ruined my credit score. After the Installation was finally completed on Friday, 11/14/2025, I offered to start the monthly payments of $625.00, but Service Finance refused to remove the negative reports and is now demanding $5,000–$6,000 in missed payments and interest charges. I told them that I plan to take legal action and take them to court. Do Not Used This Company, they are a terrible company to work with.

I called Service Finance because I was needing help in completing my financing. I had been experiencing difficulties in a part of the process and was getting stressed. Although Nicole was technically with sales, she could tell I needed help and immediately stepped up to the plate. She thoroughly explained the process and walked me through every step with kindness and warmth. I deeply appreciated the fact that she was so willing to step up and do something that probably wasn't even technically her responsibility to help a customer in distress. Her level of customer service as absolutely outstanding. Hurray for you, Nicole!!

I think that this company is very good. It did a great job and servicing my loan for five years, which allowed me to buy an air conditioner and furnace. I think the very much for their service. Also every time I called for any questions everybody was extremely nice and helpful. I just spoke to a service assistant named Rea, she went out of her way to help me and was very nice and thoughtful. Great company to deal with.
