Storage was either used and being misrepresented as new or had a virus on it. Would not recommend using this company again

Very prompt and fast service. Steve helped me out to expedite the order and also follow up needs in a very timely manner.
The folks at serverblink handled my order expeditiously and professionally. Simon reached out to me after my network switch was delivered to see if I was satisfied and I was. Thanks Simon and serverblink!
This company takes a personal stance on customer experience. I had the pleasure of corresponding with Jasmine on my order. Even though it was a small order, they treated it with far above average importance. I recommend this company for your hardware needs.
YOU GUYS WHERE FAST IN HELPING ME WITH MY PROBLEM THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I WILL USE YOU AND RECOMEND YOU.
THANK YOU AGAIN

Bait and switch practices, do not buy.
Ordered some DDR4 sticks from these guys a few days ago. I understand the market is hot for RAM, but they seemed to offer a good deal. The next day, I get an email from a sales rep telling me they only have stock in a different warehouse, and the price jumped from $137/stick to a "super discounted" $395/stick. Sales rep (Ben) attempted to employ high pressure sales tactics to "adjust" the invoice.
Despite claiming the inventory is out of stock, the listing page still shows as in stock and lets buyers complete a flow.
This is a classic "bait and switch", which is classified as fraud.
Avoid this company.

Server Blink has been incredibly reliable and professional. Their team responds quickly, communicates clearly, and always provides effective solutions. I’m very impressed with their consistency, attention to detail, and overall service quality. Definitely a company I trust and highly recommend.
I purchased some SSDs from Server Blink. Later that day I got an email from an account manager informing me they would not be fulfilling my order but would give me the option to purchase the same item at a 138% markup. The item that was originally sold at $145.62 and they raised the price to $345.62, exactly $200 higher.
I strongly suspect this company has no warehouse or stock and simply resells items from other retailers and/or eBay. This means their prices get out of date compared to the market requiring them to back out of sales and increase prices.
Update: After posting this review, the company emailed me admitting that they do not keep their website prices or conditions up to date and that I should have called them before ordering to get the 'real' price. They also asked me to change this review to a positive one in exchange for a discount on a future order. I stand by my original assessment: this is a bait-and-switch operation.

Needed an obscure server part for a synergy blade. They had it in stock and shipped promptly. Easy communication and everyone was very polite. Would definitely recommend.
I recently needed a hard‑to‑find battery for a vintage IBM ThinkPad, and thankfully I came across ServerBlink. From the moment I inquired about the item, I knew I was dealing with the right company. I asked to see a current photo of the battery to confirm it was the correct model, and Account Manager Chris Lee replied within a few hours letting me know he had already updated the listing with a fresh image. That level of responsiveness set the tone for everything that followed.
I placed my order, and the battery arrived a few days later. When I installed it, it didn’t appear to work, so I reached out to Chris assuming it was defective. He immediately reassured me that ServerBlink would stand behind the product, but he also suggested trying a “revival” process first. What impressed me most was that he had taken the time to consult with vintage ThinkPad experts and document a detailed, model‑specific procedure tailored to this IBM NOS battery.
I followed the process, but unfortunately the battery couldn’t be revived. When I let Chris know, he honored his word without hesitation—offering a full refund and not even requiring the battery to be returned.
Am I disappointed the battery didn’t work? Sure. Am I surprised? Not really—it’s a 26‑year‑old lithium‑ion pack. What truly stands out is the level of service I received from Chris and ServerBlink. The professionalism, the follow‑through, and the genuine effort to help were exceptional.
I will absolutely buy from ServerBlink again and will be recommending them to fellow vintage computing enthusiasts. Thank you, Chris, for your outstanding commitment to customer service.
My order was handled with the personal service this is rare these days. I was informed of the status of my order step-by-step right up to the moment it was received. Delivery was fast and accurate. They even followed up to make sure the part ordered fixed our computer.
Ordered an almost obsolete product from them that we still use daily!! Chris was extremely helpful with my initial questions and the delivery end of the products. Very satisfied and will use them again!
Excellent communication and delivered the product on time!
I ordered some RAM for my computer in which I was charged for it. A few days later I received an email stating they sold my RAM to someone else and had to cancel the order. I was given no substitute or discount for different RAM.
I would stay away from this company.
