We concluded with a full refund, I'm in Europe, they have a dedicated address in Europe to do RMAs and so on. The experience was smooth.

Terrible shopping experience
Terrible shopping experience. I placed the order on January 2; delivery was estimated at 9–12 days (quite long, indeed). As of today, January 19, 17 days have passed and there's still no sign of the delivery. Customer support is no help, and the courier (DHL) isn't either.
Avoid, unless you have time to waste.

upon inspection smart tests looked good but likely the drives were reset. Both drives have been making a constant crunching sound so im expecting a failure soon.
