I was looking into buying 3 small bottles of un scented wash through amazon prime account, tge soap was cheap enough but at the checkout i noticed a hefty 5.00 delivery charge which was way too much by serenity. If they want more coustomers then offer itbon prime delivery

I have purchased from this company for quite a while long before the word covid and have always had the best treatment. The products are brilliant and rhubarb and custard and white lotus are our favourites. Even our grandchildren love using them!

Delivery was slightly delayed due to a problem with the courier and not Serenity Hygiene. As soon as I contacted Serenity to tell them of the delay, they sorted the matter out promptly. Excellent customer service.

I love this company, they don't only make great products but they are ethical which is important to me. I've used their hand sanitiser for many years and it is one of the best I have used for sensitive skins and low smell and it dries out completely which is great. The recent Rubarb & Custard release - as well as smelling amazing, has caused a great lot of smiles in the clinic which is always a bonus!

Placed an order in the evening after covid and noro hit our household! Order was processed the next day and arrived promptly the day after. Received email updates too. Great service!

An extremely nice company. I completely failed to be in each time the courier tried to deliver, and my purchase of some most excellent, by the way, degreaser, got returned; the company took their time and money to re-send it to me for free - incredibly kind, generous, and unheard of in this day and age. Superb products as well - the hand sanitisers are going down a treat. A total pleasure to have spoken with the company (and I talked to the gentleman who came up / helped come up with the recipe for the hand sanitisers as well!|). I highly recommend this company - nothing is too much trouble for them and you speak to humans and the products are superb and they deliver. Top class.

Hello...I'm a Tattoo Artist, and I've been using Serenity Hygiene for quite some years now. I stumbled across their products many years ago when I was looking for an alternative to my usual cleaning products, and I thought they sounded perfect for my needs in the Tattoo Studio...and you know what.. I've never looked back. Their products were far superior to what I had been buying from the tattoo suppliers.. and at a more reasonable price too! They have updated their products recently and now they are antiviral as well as antibacterial... the science behind these products is amazing, you should definitely read their product information.. they really do help to keep you safe...and in my line of work that is paramount. I would highly recommend them... even my environmental health officer was amazed and impressed when she read the literature I gave her regarding Serenitys products as she had never heard of them. Like I said to her.. if they are good enough to be used in hospitals then they are more than good enough to use in a Tattoo studio. I have never failed to be impressed by Serenity Hygiene... not only are their products brilliant but so is everyone there.. always super helpful and friendly if you need to contact them... I really can't fault the products or the company... definitely 5 stars from me! Recommend 100%

PS... I especially like the hand sanitizer gel.. because its more effective than the alcohol based hand sanitisers and so much kinder to your hands.. and because I am constantly washing and sanitising my hands as well as wearing gloves most of the day my hands can become very sore, so the last thing I want is to dowse my hands in a product that contains alcohol. So if you're in a similar job role or just suffer with dry or sore hands then this product is definitely worth trying...it really is the best in my opinion.

Even though the order left the warehouse before my pocket size rhubarb and custard hand sanitiser made it to the big order. It arrived the day after the holiday weekend. Amazing service. I have used serenity products for 5 years now. However only order very infrequently because of how long the products pay when used with their own dispensers

Had to call to verify which products I needed. Superb advice and now using much less to achieve the same results. Excellent advice, although the Rhubarb and custard hand sanitiser that was going to be included didn’t make it in the end. Next day delivery at Christmas time is pretty impressive too
