135 cold plunges in a row! I feel absolutely amazing. The chiller and heater is working perfectly fine after 5 months of use.

I’m writing this review to say that I wish I choose another company’s product for several reasons. The Serene Plunge standard chiller struggled to chill my ice bath down much at all in several hours in only moderate temperatures outside. When realizing it was either defective or not a great product I wanted to return based on a money back guarantee. The company stated they had a 14 day money back guarantee and that they stood behind the quality and effectiveness of the product. When I tried to return the product for this guarantee they said that according to their return policy the product had to be unused and unopened. This made no sense for how they were advertising the guarantee. I felt they had clearly misrepresented themselves with a money back guarantee on a product that did not hold up to the quality they promised. The only option they offered was to check the product for defects and replace if defective. I knew they would most likely find nothing wrong and just send it back after I had to wait around for this process to occur. I believe the product was just not as effective as advertised. The company ignored all claims by the Better Business Bureau and then changed all their misleading money back guarantee claims on the website that I addressed in my claim against the company. I messaged them about this and they said them changing the money back guarantee was not due till it being misleading. Obviously they felt it was misleading, but still denied the return and refund. I was very disappointed in how they handled everything and how they misled me with the money back claims. I wish I avoided this company and went somewhere else.
