My parcel never arrived. Every single email requesting a refund was replied by what looks like AI machine confirming that my refund was placed but the actual money never showed in my account. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Never buy from them!

I have sent an email to their costumer support about wanting to return the product 5 days after receiving it. Since then they have ignored my request for a return responding with if I want to keep the product or want a voucher instead. It took me asking 4 times before they sent me, not even the return form, the option to return it asking if I want that!!! This took so long that I can no longer even do that. Would never order from here again!!!

Hi, my name is Germaine Thaens. First of all what you should know about shop ist, that the only Western thing about it is the name. But in fact it's Chinese. They boast about positive reviews, but you can't read any positive reviews. I ordered the spot removing product, that they claim was in Vogue. And when I received my parcel, which by the way, had to come from China, it did 't do at all what they advertise on Pinterest to do. It's all nothing more than a major rip off. My advise to you is do not trust Shop ist at all.Unless you badly want to get ripped off. There are a lot more trusting companies on the internet

it February 18th, so that took a while. Contact with customer service via email was helpful the first time, but the second time I got afraid that this was not a real shop. However, in the end I got my painting set and it is very good, small but bright colors that stick very well to the waterbrush. You do need a lot of paper to clean the brush between colors!
