Magnetic radiator cover.
Magnetic radiator cover delivered in good condition due to the secure packaging. Clear assembly instructions and relatively easy to install. Very pleased with the clean design which covers a somewhat ugly radiator. Would highly recommend.

Two of four orders were not delivered
Two of four orders were not delivered. No information, silence from Sentimo as well as their currier provider. Currier told me to address it with Sentimo. I called Sentimo and there is no response.
I just lost around 600 EUR… Well.. product might be good, but only if it is actually provided.

Fine product and service
Clear instructions on how to measure the radiator cover and when I had questions I got good help on WhatsApp.
The radiator cover is a fine product. Easy to put together. Recommended to do it with two persons. Pressing out some of the parts was a bit scary.

Damaged item - no refund or replacement?
After I was given no information on shipping by the seller at all, once the shipping company finally showed up months later, the product arrived bent and unusable. Never again am I paying hundreds of euros for warped pieces of cheap sheet metal.
Edit: I was offered a replacement part and a partial refund a week ago, which I am fine with and accepted by email. However, I am still waiting for information on shipping of the replacement part and no refund has been issued whatsoever. (Order no. DE18032281)

Very happy Sentimo customer
We now have three Sentimo radiator covers. They are amazing. They look sleek & beautiful. I was very sceptical as I have a traditional styled home but they are amazing. Very easy to order & fit. The colours are beautiful too

Great customer service
After I tried one cover for one of my radiators, I decided to order covers for the whole house.
When they arrived, there was an issue with two of the side panels. I informed Sentimo, and both panels were replaced.

Chic cabinet radiator cover
Chic cabinet radiator cover replacing our cheap MDF one. I am so pleased with it that I am going to order the original for a smaller radiator elsewhere in our house. We were a little confused initially by the setting up in instructions but this company have an excellent back up service whereby you can communicate with them via What’s App.
