Sensible Finance experience was really good. We had a slight hiccup on the way but Nathan went above and beyond to sort it out quickly and painlessly. They find a car for you if you need them to to save you a lot of time. Nathan was polite, helpful and very patient. I would definitely recommend if you need car finance. The whole thing was quick and straightforward.

Recently purchased finance from Sensible Car Finance with the whole process very seamless and with loads of support throughout. Helped to secure the type of car we were looking for and they provided continuous help. My point of contact was a chap called Alex who was exceptionally helpful and took his responsibility of providing excellent customer care very seriously, great advocate for the finance company!

My experience was grate because of how the company's well trained staff handled my request, They never gets tired of my questions Mohamed and Teyla are just the best infact I didn't want to take the car loan but due to their marketing strategies I was convinced, what else will I asked for, follow up, promptness, customer care and monitoring they're the best. they are an asset to the company. Thanks to Mohammed and Teyla.

Communication from start to finish of my application was really good. Tom kept me upto date with every step of the application. He checked on me picking up the car and even when I got home. Tom is a gem to the company. Thank you Tom.

Overall I am happy with the service provided by sensible car finance.

It took time that’s worth it to get the car I wanted , mark( staff) tried and did a good work .

Wow what can I say very professional helped me with everything step by step. Kept incontact with me on a daily basis, looked for my ideal vehicle and absolutely went above and beyond to assist me. When I text Carla and Alex replied in an excellent time frame was never waiting to long. I would absolutely recommend to my family. I have been doing my search with help from Carla and Alex for 2 weeks, absolutely outstanding and amazing 👏 been an absolute pleasure having two people to help with everything. I thank you both so much for finding the car I wanted. Alex from sensible car finance was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t thank him more for getting me into my dream car, he’s top tier. There was no pressure, allowed me to take my time to find the right car and made my life so easy as they do all the paperwork for you which makes it stress free for yourself. All you have to do is wait for them to do their magic as a broker and wait for the good news. I can’t express how much I appreciated Alex’s customer service and manners he was absolutely amazing and was there at all times if I had any questions or any inconveniences. I will surely be back with sensible car finance for my next car and onwards. If you are looking to get into your dream car these guys are the people to make your dreams come true. So Nathen dealt with my account. And I have to say I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. Nathan was very patient ,professional and genuine. I suffer from stress quite a bit and he was always there to calmly walk me through each and every step. Nathan should be the bench mark for anyone else hoping to enter the car finance industry.
