Getting finance from this company I couldn’t fault the service.

However I was sold this finance with a warranty, when i needed to use this warranty I was told the warranty company no longer works with this company.

I could also not get in touch with anyone, all my texts, emails and calls have been ignored.

I’m just very grateful I wasn’t persuaded to buy the extended warranty that was continually pushed on me for weeks after purchasing my car.

Scammers promise u the earth but when you put a warranty claim in they don't want to no stay away from them there a joke

I'm not shocked by the reviews at all. I was sold a car without a working engine. On collection of the car, everything seemed fine until I didn't make it home. A car worth £7k (with interest £13k) that doesn't work and the date has expired for its promised return. Sensible??? stopped answering my calls after I made my concerns and I'm still literally paying for something that I don't have. Where Sensible is at fault for this is that they told me that this is a dealer they recommend, after turning down all my choices. SOUNDS LIKE A BIG SCAM TO ME! MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO RUN!!!

I am giving this star, as you started off good at first and later on turned around. The only review or message I want to see is that my finance is cancelled which I have been calling and battling with you guys since 9th of October to have it cancelled.

I don't like messages that gives me palpitations and I really don't want to mention names of staffs involved in this case.

I have spoken to the company and all they say is, you guys have not gotten back to them yet. If the warranties were canceled within 12hours of taking the finance, why should there be an issue canceling the whole policy?

With this little review, please I need this sorted as I have informed the other party and they have advised on the next step I should take, which I will do in the early week of next year.

Please have my policy cancelled from 9th of October 2023 and please send me a review link again to give you a review for your first support, with that I will mention names of both the good and bad staff with communication skills and sense of customer relationship.

I will keep coming here to edit or add a comment via this link if nothing is been done till my next step after the holiday.

Please sort this mess. Thank you.

Totally no support the car has all sorts of problems. I called your branch as the cat dealer has the worst attitude a human can have. And was told its nothing to do with you.

The whole team were amazing. I mainly dealt with Kai who was so lovely and able to help in exactly what I was after. There was a delay not through anyone’s fault and they didn’t get annoyed with me calling or messaging every 5mins. I felt like they were very personal and made me feel valued. What can I say about this company
Well I have had the best experience ever from start to finish struggled with a few companies as soon as I mentioned the word van it became a nightmare

Enter Josh and his team sorted finance at a cost I could afford listened to my needs and what I needed to have for work

Found me a van sent me pictures to make sure it was what I needed

Completed deal in under a week and arranged delivery even sorted out a problem I had with the battery a week later without an issue

I would very highly recommended this company to everyone I know they have been fantastic and gone above and beyond to help out
