Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Representative Kate was rude and totally unhelpful. Buyer BEWARE!
SCAM! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AUTOMATICALLY
I download the app and after being given 30 minutes to decide if I want to pay for a $45 subscription, with automatic renewal every 6 months, I decide to try it. Of course I forgot and didn't use it after five uses and then it renewed 6 months later. Months later. The day it renewed I contacted sensa and said I no longer use the app and I'm not interested in continuing to use it and I want to a refund. They refused. I disputed it with PayPal and they doubled down and continue to refuse a full refund. I'm now leaving One star reviews to warn people not to use this app because they will not inform you that you are getting charged $45 before they bill you. It's a total scam
Sensa was of literal no value to me
Sensa was of literal no value to me. Worse, I didn’t get a renewal notice period to expiration. They market themselves as helping people with ADHD, but have a very anti-ADHD refund policy currently where you can only cancel a subscription two days prior to renewal (even though you weren’t notified). Given ADHD’s time blindness, this is a horrifying policy and no one with ADHD should ever consider their services. Instead of helping, it’s continuing to stress me out.
This app is very sneaky
This app is very sneaky. My daughter did a free trial on my phone ( aged 10) and I got charged a fee after a week which I thought was an annual subscription. I looked under subscription on my phone and it wasnt there so didnt know how to unsubscribe and then got charged another ridiculous amt of money. I am very cross as it looks cute with its little pictures but they refused to refund me even though they have taken almost $200 nz dollars off me and I have never used the app.
That is not caring about your customers! !!

UNETHICAL
This is an app designed for people with ADHD. They do not provide reminders for automatic charges. As someone with ADHD I find it difficult to manage apps and subscriptions. I deleted this app after using it only once. It does not tell you that deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Going through my finances they have charged me over $360 in a year. Reminder I ONLY USED THE APP 1 time.
I emailed customer service and they apologized and cancelled my subscription but stated they have a no refund policy. This is unethical and taking advantage of people with ADHD.

Sensa.health gives excellent customer service
I actually was not able to participate with Sensa.health, as I was hospitalized 3 times. When I connected with the company asking to discontinue my membership, their agent connected with me by email and was actually concerned for my welfare. She gave me immediate release from my membership and gave me a refund, which was the best response I've ever received from any company.

Pointless, unhelpful and predatory app
Pointless and unhelpful app. It has some basical functionality you can get across any journalling app, and some information about ADHD that you can only read one chunk of per day.
Bonus: the app is specifically marketed towards ADHDers, but doesn't send any reminders about auto-renewal. And it is pricey for what it is. Honestly seems predatory, would not recommend.

I’d give zero stars if I could
I’d give zero stars if I could. This app is designed to separate people with ADHD from their money. It’s useless to begin with and then they send NO renewal notices and will not refund your money. These types of apps need to disappear from existence. Another thing I noticed is that they tend to respond to Negative reviews with a claim that they are contacting Trustpilot to obtain your personal information. This seems more like a scare tactic to warn others off from posting anything negative about this company. Seriously, folks, listen to the negative reviews and do NOT purchase a subscription to this ripoff app.

They will NOT GIVE A REFUND
I got this app back in August of 2023 and used it for just a couple months to help with extreme anxiety and other mental issues. I stopped using it because I honestly didn't feel it was enough to dive more into my issues, even though it seemed to help with daily tasks like going to the store which I was happy with. Well, today I just got charged about $50 bucks to renew the subscription. I never intended to keep this app and forgot to cancel. I wrote immediately about my need to cancel and request for a refund. They WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND. I can't believe they are all about mental health yet can be so inflexible with people who suffer from ADHD, anxiety and a myriad of other issues. I'm not organized as it is and struggle to make ends meet with my job due to this. I understand policies, but it's not like I waited even days to dispute. All I got was an email back with their 'policy', to read about refunds. Obviously, they are more concerned with making a few bucks than having satisfied customers who will give recommendations to others, even if they don't continue with renewing. Good going, Sensa. Not only have you pissed of an otherwise happy customer, but I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER use your app. I have a lot of friends and family members who could have at least tried it but not with this sort of way to deal with people. It's not like I had the cancellation on my mind all the time nor the organization skills to even remember this. Now I know, they are betting on this to ensure they make money as they know they are going to be dealing with people who may lack the ability to cancel on time. That's bad business in my opinion. You are dealing with people, not robots, not to mention people who are struggling. Be personable and flexible NOT cold and strict only interested in your interests of making a buck off of people who might not remember what they had for breakfast yesterday. Shame on you, Sensa. You know who I am. Laura Marek. I tried to resolve this today through Samantha with no avail. So, you should know who I am. You can make this right (company policies aside) and remember you are dealing with people who struggle on a daily basis with everyday tasks or just continue to be a cold, business-oriented company who just wants to make a buck off of people who are in need of help. $50 might not be a lot to you as I'm not the only one you are doing this to, but it's a whole lot to somebody who is struggling to even hold down a part-time job and take care of a family due to mental issues.

Tracking my moods helps
It has been good for me to track my emotions thru the day. It helps me see my thoughts aren’t helpful to work on staying present I also enjoy writing in the gratitude journal every morning.

I love the ease of use.
I love the ease of use, and the flexibility of this app.
I can check in when I want, which is great!
Especially so being a full time mother.
The reminder system is great if you need help to push yourself to do some self care, or another good thing for your life in general.
Give it a try. Lots of positives so far.
Overall, it helps me stay in check of where I am with my mental health.

I've been using the app over 4 months. Procrastination Burnout
I can't believe how much my mental health has improved. I am continuing the app past my 6 month subscription. SO GRATEFUL

Clear and simple
Sensa has helped me. I like it because it's clear and straighforward. Easy to stick with every day. The other apps I've tried make things too complicated and I find that I wasn't using them because of it.

I've used Sense for a wk & Find it Quite Helpful
I have used the app for a week and have found it to be helpful and fairly customizable to my particular needs. That said, I took copious notes (ADHD here) about much needed improvements in the daily lesson scripts, navigation for new users and other issues. My BIGGEST issue is with the app's failure to "capture" talk to text dialogue when Journaling. You seem to be genuinely interested in feedback that can improve the app, so I'd be happy to share my observations. That said, I am now successfully addressing some urgent tasks that my increased productivity has made easier for me to tackle now. :0) So, I'm busy but want to help you improve the experience for new subscribers. In closing, I'm glad I ignored an unfavorable review posted by some sort of "mental health professional" who admitted they were struggling and needed an aid like Sensa. I sensed despair and blame and felt they hadn't given the app a fair trial, or worse, had preconceived bias. I believe I was correct in that assessment and am glad I gave it a real try. I find it to be helpful and continue to customize it for my own personal wins.

Great advertising, basic product, terrible auto renewal
I downloaded the app hoping that it could help me a little based off the great advertisement...I must admit, I liked what I saw. However, after using it for about a week or two...it wasn't very helpful in actuality (very glitzy though). Just a few journeling exercises and some activity reminders.
All good...I tried it and it wasn't for me. Today I looked in my bank account and saw that the 6 month subscription auto renewed (without any warning). When I contacted customer service...they had no interest in helping and only thre back their T&Cs at me. Given all this put together, I genuinely believe that Sensa is more interested in just catching you out on an automatic subscription than actually providing a product that will help you improve yourself. If you are looking for a self-help app, at a premium price, I would consider looking elsewhere based on my experience.

What I needed to start beating burnout
After a month of trying to beat burnout on my own, I admitted I needed more help and Sensa has been immensely helpful! All I needed was a daily reminder to take care of my health, listen to my body and Sensa's daily activities are perfect for that!

This app has helped but wish for more
The app has been giving me some great insight into myself and my habits. I do wish that there were a little more options besides journaling to help in different circumstances. But I have noticed some marked improvement in my emotional state.
