I started Sensa over the weekend
I started Sensa over the weekend. It is already better than the other Apps I've tried. The information is displayed in a way that lets you absorb the content and not be overwhelmed. My only complaint is with the Journaling, I wish it would let you record the information asked in the day's lesson not just your mood throughout the day.

I want to cancel my subscription
I want to cancel my subscription. I can see how to cancel emails but not the monthly subscription. I only wanted to see for 1 month if this was beneficial. Please show me how to cancel.

Sensa is a ripoff
I don’t like the fact that Sensa automatically renews the subscription without warning. I was charged this morning and immediately asked for a refund. I received a snotty email back saying I cannot get my money refunded. Do not do business with Sensa or you will get the “gotcha” treatment.

Intuitive to use and it really helped
I've been struggling with procrastination and severe burnout for the last 5 years. This is the first tool that's really help me tackle it. 100% recommend.

Sensa is a very limited app
Sensa is a very limited app. It claims to be of immeasurable help to those with ADHD, I did not find this to be the case. It allows its user to track a very narrow range of moods, after two days this becomes repetitive and boring. It does give information about ADHD but nothing of any substance and in a drip by drip fashion. It offers prompts and reminders to its users in a simplistic manner. It is more suited in design to children rather than adults. Spend your money more wisely on a notebook and a well written book or two on ADHD and you will be financially, motivationally and educationally far better off. It was most disappointing, don’t bother wasting your time or money.

Takes a little patience but I think it's good
Took me a while to navigate the site and find everything. For instance I didn't know what the journal was for a long time.
It's been more helpful than I expected; I expected nothing. It also doesn't mind when I skip a day or two or three; sometimes digesting what I learned and sometimes just blowing it off. Still in early days (lesson 8) and I'm trying to be patient and assume it hasn't taught me everything yet.

I liked the whole app interface and the…
I liked the whole app interface and the way it was build. As ADHD Person it was super hard to continue the course of reading. the month is gone and Im at day 8.
I also had a lot of struggle together with the support about the notifications in the app. Especially for the mood checkins

I love the emotional check ins
I love the emotional check ins. It has really helped me become more aware of what im actually feeling, and why. It has also helped stop the spiral to write down what i feel and why. Also some grate tools learned like OHIO.
Only handle it once. Really helped me avoid the build up of clutter on a daily basis.

Good app
It is a good app. I got it for free with a promotion so I'm happy with it and use it frequently. In my opinion its not worth money as I think it doesnt have too much functions.

Gave me positive and permanent knowledge I needed
I saw this app through the instagram reels. At that time I was procrastinating so much on instagram and other SNS that the ads were showing me lots of apps that help the procrastination. One of them was Sensa. The reason I chose Sensa was because it was built upon the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) so I thought it would be legitimate.
The apps gave me daily tasks and advice and tips. It taught me so much about my procrastination behavior.
My procrastination behavior has improved but not dramatically. and that's okay. with daily journaling and review of that app, I am sure I will be able to change my mind and behavior.

Enjoyed and benefitted much more than expected
Bite sized, logical steps. Super encouraging. Solutions and exercises I wouldn't have thought of or done on my own.

Waste of time and money - nothing new or useful
Two weeks into a 6 month subscription and I realized I was duped. This app does NOTHING except (maybe?) track your activities and your mood. Does anyone need that? If so, a notebook would be more functional and easier, not to mention a lot cheaper.
1 - It tracks activities, but you have to put them on the list, yourself. Activity choices are basic 'good health' common sense : brush your teeth, exercise, eat 'healthy' (what does that even mean?!), get sleep, or write up your own. They don't have personal recommendations or anything cutting edge, and you just check it off when 'done'. Honestly, a basic task tracker or habit app would do FAR MORE for you in this regard.
2 - you log your mood by picking a smiley face and assigning one of THEIR suggested 7 emotions to it. If you're feeling some OTHER emotion, you're SOL. There's no feedback or suggestions about what to do about your feelings - it's just a spot to put notes for yourself, I guess. You have to figure out anything else on your own.
3 - ADHD suggested activities: meditation, deep breathing, and grounding exercises. Too basic, and, really, if those work for you, there are 1,000 BETTER apps for these specifically. Sensa offers a short list of audio meditations that don't cover nearly enough ground to be worth using. (TBF the guide has a soothing voice and isn't bad at guiding. I got a cool, professional vibe, though, not warm and genuine. On a good day, it would be fine, but if I was in a crisis or looking for real help, this is not the guide I'd want)
4 - In 2 weeks, I've gotten no personalized information, suggestions, or exercises. This app seems to be nothing more than a clunky, basic task tracker with some basic level ADHD info parsed out into daily snippets. It's not providing any analysis or help, or anything of any added value. I was expecting the app to USE the data in some way to make recommendations or offer personalized/targeted exercises or techniques.
Final: not sure who I would recommend this app to, but it's definitely not for me.

Positive experience
I enjoy the different choices of activities offered.
I'm able to acknowledge my feelings and write them down.
The activities are very helpful, also the ADHD plan, I've completed 20% and feel accomplished.
I like to see the smiley face on my phone.

This is my second attempt
This is my second attempt. The first time, I never even opened the app. This time, I am using it daily. So far I've used it consistently and I find that I am much more mindful about my thoughts, my body, and my stress level. I am coping and managing well. I believe the short lessons are very effective.
