Excellent installation
We had a Stairlift fitted yesterday in my mother's house. The installer was a young girl called Eilidh Rouse. She phoned to give us one hour's notice, turned up on time and preceded to make an absolutely fantastic job of fitting the stairlift, never stopped, even when offered tea and a sandwich.
After installation she spent time going over the operation with myself and mum, making sure we were happy.
This company should be proud of her professional attitude.

I was due an istallation around lunch time but despite tree calls to the office nothing happend until I received a phone call from the engineer at 7pm to say he would be with mein40 minutes.He arrived on time and soon got to work and within an hour and half lift was installed and working.Sean was a great engineer and despite the late time he said he would not leave a customer in the lurch.I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to duty.We had a common interest in Rugby League him being a big wigan supporter.

Stuart the sales rep was friendly & not pushy
We were confident that he understood our needs.
Reece the fitter was pleasant & carried out the fitting in a timely & very tidy way.
Olly came to change the seat colour & was also friendly & left no mess
All in all we are very pleased with the whole thing
