I found out my sister was to be at work when the delivery was to take place. I went online to change the delivery to her workplace from her home. This was during the time of the intense heatwave in Oxford. I live in the USA. Nowhere did it say that the order would be delayed a day due to the change in address for delivery. The cakes were not delivered the following day either due to some issue with the delivery company and neither were the cakes taken out of the van and stored in a refrigerated place for this time span. They were finally delivered to her workplace 2 days later. A little worse for wear and melted, certainly not looking their best. not sure how this impacted taste. I contacted the vendor about this and was told that the delivery company had some kind of hiccup. Oh well, lets all suffer due to the delivery company's screw up.

Cupcakes arrived very slightly flattened, although I think this is unavoidable and not the end of the world. They did taste wonderful, however, and so I would certainly use the company again.

These were the gluten free cupcakes sent to my granddaughter on her 16th birthday, she said they were delicious, as did the rest of the family, Would definately send again.

Sent a cupcake selection by post to my granddaughter who had broken her arm. She was absolutely delighted. They arrived very well packaged, looked great & according to my grandchildren were totally yummy! Great company to do business with.

I live in NZ and sent some to my boyfriend in Cheltenham UK this was the only place I could find with only a days notice. Delivery was awesome got there exact on time and my boyfriend says the cupcakes were lush. I’m grateful, cause I couldn’t be there for his birthday! Thank you

Cupcakes wonderful, postage a little steep!

The cakes were delivered a day late which was irritating. The items were then found to be battered as though they had been carried upside down. The weather was very hot so a lot of the cream was stuck to the packaging. The overall appearance bore no resemblance to the pictures on line. I was later told I should have taken photos however it was tò late. Whereas the cakes had been intended for the office, they had been very much enjoyed by children who Didn't Mind them being a mess. This is why I gave 2 stars rather than the minimum score which is all they really deserved. The order was definitely not worth the money but this was largely because of DPD who sent it, upside down, all around the country., and not in a refrigerated van.

Excellent choices and easy to.use The hardest part was choosing which cupcakes I wanted. The cakes were gorgeous. I was advised on the tracking.....even able to put special delivery instructions
I will deffinately use this company again. !!!
