Dreadful company

Ordered flowers in good faith...they arrived on time but when I saw them on the day of the funeral, it was hard to believe they were mt flowers. They did not resemble in any way the flowers I chose. Now two weeks from then, three emails and two chat msgs later with no response, I feel I must write an unfavourable review. I know I could have done a better job of the posie that was sent...but its their customer service and total disrgard of people who have spent money with them, that really annoys me.

Flowers never turned up

Flowers never turned up. Other relatives ordered flowers from them too which also never turned up. Iv messaged three times in the last two weeks about a refund with no response.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Day before funeral our posey turned up dead, squashed and the name across the sash was in polish and with a different message entirely. You people should not work producing funeral flowers, your incapable of checking your orders as they leave. Completely unfair. Tried every option on the phone line no answer just cuts you off and live chat not working, but their lines are open until 11pm………lies. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Stupidly didn't read these reviews…

Stupidly didn't read these reviews before ordering. A lily sheaf was ordered for my mums funeral. Had been advised to order at least 7 days in advance to ensure the lilies were open on the day of the service.
Parcel delivered the day before and I cried. All the flowers were closed apart from one very wilted and battered bloom. 2 of the buds were bruised. Overall it looked like a bouquet I would give as a gift, definitely NOT a sheaf for a funeral.

I felt embarrassed and ashamed that I didn't give my mum the tribute she deserved. Allegedly can't make a claim as I am over 24 hours, what a shame I was too busy at my Mum's funeral to get in touch.

Shame on you Sendfuneral flowers.

I ordered a wreath from Send Funeral…

I ordered a wreath from Send Funeral Flowers.com from Australia to be delivered to Portchester UK for my uncle's funeral. I often send flowers and gifts using many different companies and never had I had an order be so completely different and of poor quality to the item pictured online. This was not a cheap item.
Firstly, the wreath was damaged during delivery, being stored on its side and upside down it was flat on one side and took two people to try and repair the damage to a fragile and expensive item. (Lack of labelling??)
Secondly, the wreath looked nothing like the picture I ordered online (and I paid for in good faith) different flowers, colours and size poorly made. I chose the biggest option which was near 100 pounds and frankly the flowers looked like a cheap bunch from a supermarket that an apprentice put together from flowers that were left over. There were large areas of green foam visible, obviously not enough flowers. Loads of cheap fill resulted in a cheap looking wreath nothing like what I expected /purchased and that I was extremely disappointed in. Nothing like the picture on their website at all! A friend made her own wreath and hers was more professional looking and shes not a florist!
I emailed the family owned company sendfuneralflowers.com immediately and after 3 emails and a very detailed message on Facebook - I have had no response at all. Very disappointing.
No comparison at all not even in the colour in the wreath pictured on the website and the order we received was completely different!
I did also complain to the delivery company and to their credit they got back to me in 6 minutes apologising!! I'm in discussions with them now as this happened just two days ago.
My advice, choose a different company for your loved ones special tribute flowers- you can't redo a funeral tribute that you trust a company to supply. This company supplied poor product, not even close to what was pictured for sale, over priced and NO customer support.
I also was very surprised to see so many more disappointed customers like me when I went looking for other ways to contact Send Funeral Flowers .com customer support. I would LOVE Send Funeral Flowers.com to contact me to discuss my order.
Happy to supply photos if needed.
I will be looking at where I can make an official consumer affairs complaint about the company as their product supplied did not come close to what was supplied. I paid in good faith for a product I expected at least to 'resemble what they were selling on their website'! I would LOVE the company to contact me to discuss this very disappointing matter.

I purchased two funeral flowers from…

I purchased two funeral flowers from this website without reading the reviews. So I placed the order online and received notification that they received payment and that I would receive more notification once they dispatch the goods.
Just under one week passed and the funeral was approaching and I got nervous because I never received any more notification from them ,so I went on there website and so trust pilot to look at the reviews and they were given really bad reviews,at this point I was panicking so I went to see if there was contact number so I could speak to someone to assure me but the number was not in use so the only means to contact them was via email.
So I got a reply back via email and then the notification of dispatch from deliver dpd. So they turned up on the day and time requested the only fault I must say is they need a contact number to be contacted as email especially dealing with funeral flowers is hard to put in words to exactly what needs y want . The flowers was amazing fresh and to the correct order . So Thankyou so much

THE ONLY WORD I CAN DESCRIBE THIS IS ATROCIOUS!!
Unfortunately, a desperate attempt to get a wreath for my brother's funeral with a next-day delivery time over the weekend was my undoing as I never took time to read the reviews on this company... 100% Very Bad!!
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS... DON'T DO IT!! Reporting the site as i'm doing this!!

I ordered an full18 inch wreath for a funeral and got a smaller wreath with very few flowers, which looked nothing like the one advertised!!

I ordered an 18 inch wreath for a funeral and paid £73. I received via the funeral a visbly smaller wreath which was not even 50% of the fullness of the picture in the one I ordered and looked nothing like it (different colour flowers etc). I also ordered and paid for a customised ribbon which they did not include (they have since refunded me £3.00 for the missing ribbon). I wish trustpilot allowed image uploads so I could show potential customers just how dishonest this company is!
My only regret is that I didnt check trustpilot before I ordered . Had I done so I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole!!!!!!!

Additional stress added, poor products - AVOID

Please read reviews before using this company! Firstly they are false advertising, the arrangements are not like the pictures used on the website.
This company also did not follow instructions of the opening times of the funeral directors resulting in the arrangements being delivered after the hours given. The arrangements were left outside on a busy high street, the day before my sisters funeral. We were then forced to go on a hunt to find them as when we arrived they were not there, thankfully one of the local businesses had seen them and taken them in for us otherwise anyone could have taken them. This situation caused so much undue stress on top of an already stressful and upsetting situation. There is no care at all from this company considering their name and them dealing with those who have lost loved ones.
Complaint sent via email, multiple emails sent and just ignored.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is the worst type of company that there is. At the worst time for a person or family they promise to make things easier, but only make things harder than they should.
This company took my order for flowers for my dads funeral on the 6th December 2021, with the funeral being on the 10th December.

The on the evening of the 9th December at 7:32pm they emailed me to say that the order has been cancelled, no explanation no help nothing. This meant that we had the prospect of having the funeral with no flowers, absolutely disgusting and unforgivable.

Would rate a 0 if possible

Ordered flowers for a funeral, they arrived late. We were told to chase up with the couriers ourselves. Which we did. Flowers that finally arrived were dying and broken. Sent and email, sent pictures and received no reply. Their website states absolutely no refunds, which is against the law. I am taking this further. Would rate a 0 if possible. Do not buy from here
