AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I entered a competition for an iphone6 and was charged the initial 50p. Since then I have had nothing but trouble with this company. They have taken £40 per month from my credit card account for a service that I did not want and nor did I know I had signed up to receive.
The first time I noticed this was when I was sent an invoice for £40 which was taken from my credit card account.
I immediately queried this by email but had no reply. I tried on numerous occasions to send more emails and eventually received a poorly written email insisting that I had signed up for their services. It gave me the option to cancel through their website - this proved impossible as I had no sign-in information (username or password). Furthermore, when I visited their website and tried to progress beyond the homepage, I only got error messages. I tried this on several occasions and each time there was an error! I attempted to ring the company (albeit from the UK to Los Angeles) and received a dead tone on the telephone.
There seems no way out of this agreement.
I informed my credit card company about this matter at the early stages and thankfully they have temporarily credited my account and stopped further payments until they investigate this further.
My advice to you? Avoid nuevascalendarios at all costs. They will only give you heartache, frustration and a fat bill for absolutely nothing! Many people have been duped by them in the same way as I because of the small print in their agreement. I read all of these things and did not notice it. So, buyer beware, stay well clear of them.

These people are criminals.

These people are criminals. I tried to cancel the order and I have been unable to contact them. They have taken 40 pounds from my elderly mother already. Emails are impossible to send, the phone number is unanswered. I will be contacting the bank and the police.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

SCAM!

I got scammed!
If it weren't for the News, I would never have fallen for this scam.
I was watching the news and they said that people were getting iPhones for $1, and it was legit. So when I received the notice of getting the iPhone for one dollar, I thought is was real. Now thinking about it, it was probably real for some people and the scammers thought of a great way to rip thousands of people off. The banks won't help you. Do yourself a favour and cancel whatever card they can bill you on. Only advice I can give, or report it lost or stolen. They will cancel that one and give you a knew one. When I called the bank, they put me on hold for 40 minutes, only to transfer me to someone else. Her advise was contact Nuevascalendarios and cancel. I told her it was virtually impossible, but she said they will continue to bill me monthly. If you read the terms and conditions, it's right there. She said she couldn't do anything about it, so I told her I wanted to cancel and she said she would transfer me. Guess what it kept ringing til they hung up on me. So I called and reported it lost. I don't lie as a rule, but I feel I had no recourse. This is a lot of money they are stealing, and they are getting away with it.
I will tell everyone I see and this is why I feel it necessary to write my experience. Hopefully, we can stop this fraud!
Don't fall for it please, save yourself a lot of heartache.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I registered with this only to receive an iPhone for $1. After going to the website and finding the contact information to not be legit, I emailed about canceling my subscription. Couple of days later, they took $60 off of my debit card. I emailed time and time again to cancel it and I even tried to do it online. Now, a month later, they have taken another $60 off of my card. We shouldn't let them get away with this. Is there any way I can get my money back?

Scam Company!

I registered with this company only a few days ago and sent a £1 fee for payment of their advert to purchase an iphone for £1 as a genuine promotion campaign. I immediately received an email as receipt for £0.50, which was the wrong amount! I emailed them straight away because I had become suspicious but had no reply. The very next day I received a message from my bank saying that this company had requested a payment of £40 and they wanted to confirm that I had authorised this. I thank God that my bank picked up this scam transaction and queried it. I told my bank not to allow this payment to go out and to block all attempts to get any more money from my account in future. Stay away from this bogus company and I have again emailed them, at the request of my bank, to tell them that they are being reported to Trading Standards.

DISGUSTING CHEATING

NEVER give them your bank detail, they sent an email to me saying contacting them through email to unsubscribe. However, I sent the email to them right on the date i was automatically registered, it means 3 days before the expired date, they ignored replying my email of cancelling subscriptions and waited until the expiration date to take 40 pounds out of my account. I had to contact my bank to report this scam after already being charged by cheating Nuevascalendarios. Such a DISGUSTING manner, NEVER make the same mistakes like us.

completely cheating

registered on 14/11/15. sensed something unusual about this website after logging on and tried to follow their instructions to unsubscribe twice before the so-called 3-day trial subscription expires. I was shocked to find out there is no such an option to unsubscribe in "my account" at all! Googled to find this website and see many other customers who have been through horrible experiences with this website. There is no way we can cancel our subscription because they have been ignoring all emails of cancellation of subscription and debiting money out of people's bank accounts. Fortunately, I registered with a bank card that I seldom use. I withdrew all my money out of my bank account to stop the scam company stealing any money with me. My experience also proves this is a fake company because there have been no response to my emails of cancellation and they emailed a receipt of 40 pounds monthly subscription fee. Of course it not possible for them to get any money from me. But I am afraid not many customers are as lucky as me. I am sure they will probably send letters or emails to threaten me with a debt letter. I don't care because they are fake!

Such a scam

I paid for the trial period, but then wanted to cancel my account - on the same day. So I e-mailed them, which they mentioned was the way an account could be deleted. Well, it is 5 days later now and still no response, even after several e-mails. Not even an automatic response. So now they want me to pay 55€, because my trial period is obviously over. Well, there is no way whatsoever they will get any money from me.

It is ridiculous that they promise (as they wrote in a response on this site) "Like with every other support enquiry we promise to answer within 48 hours." Do not claim such things when you do not make them true.

Don't believe this company people, it is a scam ;) And trust me I will make sure they do not get any more money from me than I paid voluntarily for the trial period.

A perfect Scam

I have tried to unsubscribe for the last 7 days. I followed their instructions: logged in, and went to Settings -> Account -> My subscription and there was no option to unsubscribe. I have sent numerous emails, one a day, with no response except "We'll get back to you as soon as possible." which never happens. I have been already charged $55.00 for the first month.
