My bike SABER was elivered after 2 weeks of ordering. There was a slight delay, but worth wait. The handling and the power are very good. Very easy to ride.

Senada HERALD is a great bike. Great looking frame and it has the components that matter like a 1000 watt motor and 21 ah battery. Hard to beat it especially for the price.

I have a few Senada e-bikes, and I believe they deserve a better rating. I had a great time riding their e-bikes, and they are not only more affordable but also very powerful. They are great for off-road adventures, cruising, and doing errands. Senada also offers a 2-year warranty, and unlike some companies that promise long warranties but find reasons not to cover when needed, Senada has proven its warranty by sending me a few parts even after a year had passed. They provided useful instructions on how to replace the parts they sent.

I think most people who experience bike issues probably assembled the bike themselves rather than taking it to a professional bike shop. Professionals can handle more intricate tasks, such as adjusting the brakes, derailleur, and ensuring all bolts and nuts are at the exact torque needed. This is crucial when buying an e-bike, given its higher power and the need for a professional touch.

Like any bike, e-bikes require good maintenance, and it's surprising to see some people posting nonsense, expecting a bike to run well without maintenance. Maintenance is the key to keeping an e-bike, or any bike, in working condition. Most issues can be avoided by taking or bringing the bike to a shop for maintenance every 100-200 miles.

Regarding quality, I own the Saber and Osprey bikes, and their frames are very well-built and strongly welded. They handle well off-road, and the fork and motors work great and are powerful. Even the Osprey with 500W is more powerful than my other 750W e-bike. I love the torque sensor on the Osprey, providing a very natural feeling while riding, like a regular bike with assistance when needed. The Saber is like a Ferrari, taking off very fast when you push the throttle.

Both bikes came with a comfortable seat and a larger battery at a lower price than many competitive brands I checked. The only improvement I could suggest is hydraulic brakes if you plan to ride at higher speeds, as speeds above 25 mph would benefit from them. However, the mechanical brakes work great right out of the box with minimal adjustment.

As mentioned before, I had a part to replace under warranty – the controller, which probably overheated and malfunctioned. Senada sent me the replacement quickly, along with a video on how to replace it. I could have taken it to a bike shop, but it was so easy, taking about 15 minutes. I give Senada 5 stars for their support and willingness to help. Thank you, Senada, for such fun bikes!

Love our Senada e-bikes! My wife and I have the Austin models in black and white and have put a good amount of mileage on them. Very comfortable ride with the fat tires. Battery charge holds well and charges without issue. The two e-bikes arrived well packaged and secure. Assembly was easy and the compact storage is great. Really love these bikes. The customer service was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend Senada to anyone in the e-bike space!

Dont do it,,!!!!!!I bought $1300 bike a year ago.
Its now my most expensive paperweight.
It was Supposed to check all my boxes bafang 1000w 48v20ah750w its 15ah so this is wrong. The bike would work intermittently and they kept sending parts to swap on bike. Im no electric bike service person. 3 controlers for instance.
Bike needed brakes, seat post, crank, metal instead of plastic peddles, goose neck and more.
After the motor and battery finally quit working altogether. Throws huge sparks if battery is attemped to install. Melts the metal. VERY DANGEROUS AS THEY DENY THAT IT HAPPENED.

they just a used bike as replacement.
Battery falling apart in box. Power button and spring found bottom of box.
Kickstand casting was installed broken as the first time I moved it, it simply fell apart to ground. Box it came in was perfect.
NO BAFANG MOTOR a generic motor puts these bikes in th $600 catagory no idea what actual wattage slash power the motor even is? and still no 20ah batteries which ive paid for.
Also Huge gash on bike. Display back came sratched like in a wreck,
They are again sending parts.

Update, they are not sending parts as i want my money back and them to facilitate the return of both bikes.
I sent them my YouTube video of situation.
Their response was no parts for broken bike they just sent. All facts with video.
They act like they are giving great service but it's nothing but words as they are not standing by their bikes. They have taken 10's of hours of my time dealing with them.
