This company appears to be a dishonest drop shipping outlet. On November 16, 2025, i ordered what appeared to be a discounted sofa. Palm Beach 3 Seater. Approximately 3 days later, I received a call to state that sofa is "ex-display", and dirty. This was not as advertised- there was no mention of sofa being demo/used. The shipping was additional $288, which was an additional cost. in the same breath, they stated they are new and still working through the processes. We requested to cancel our order as the sofa was not as advertised (used/dirty) and there were additional hidden charges. The order was cancelled on the day but seven days later, we have not received a refund. We have followed it up multiple times. The phone reception states that the "billing service has not processed this yet" and the company has not "received the money". It is difficult to to see which billing service does not process the funds for six days. After many false statements, I believe this business may not be genuine. I believe you need to save your money rather than give it away to this company. Please buy furniture from reputable companies. My next step is to report them to ACCC.
