I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

Hi,

I don’t understand your response stating that you cannot find me in your system.

Order #7000007422 clearly exists, and I have already been in contact with your customer service multiple times, including ongoing email correspondence with Elias. So please stop claiming that I am not in your system.

What I also don’t understand is why I am being asked all these detailed questions about the stains (how many, what type, whether I have tried cleaning, etc.) when the product was clearly defective upon delivery. A white rug with yellow discoloration is not acceptable, regardless of the cause.

This should not be turned into a long investigation process. The issue is simple: I received a defective product and want to return it and receive a refund.

I have already provided photos and relevant information, and I expect this to be handled without further delays or unnecessary back-and-forth.

Please proceed with approving the return and refund for Order #7000007422.

Jeg har været i kontakt med flere medarbejdere i kundeservice, men der sker ingenting, og jeg får ikke en reel løsning.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

I received a white rug with yellow discoloration, and it has been unnecessarily difficult to try to return it. I filled out the return form on your website, but was then redirected to file a complaint through another link where the case is supposedly “reviewed.”

I have been in contact with multiple customer service representatives, but nothing is happening and no real solution is being provided.

I have attached photos clearly showing the issue. It should not be this complicated to return a defective rug and receive a refund.

Very disappointing experience.
