Awful customer service
I purchased 2 bags to sell my clothes - the price was 15 DKK and free shipping.
A month later I still hadn't received the bags. Turns out Sellpy had shortened my address when I wrote it in the order, so the bags were undeliverable because the address was incomplete.
Wrote to their customer service. Was told off by their condescending customer service team who accused me of making a mistake and told me off for not correcting said mistake. A mistake I didn't make.
Furthermore they said "normally we don't send bags out for free since the mistake was yours but I have made an exception in this case".
You mean the bags I paid for but didn't receive? Where the shipping was free? What do you mean "free"? The undeliverable bags were returned to Sellpy and shipping for bags is always free so I wouldn't have paid for that either way. Nothing about this was free. Absolutely ridiculous.
Disgusting customer service by a site that keeps 60% of the money you earn from selling on their site. For 15 DKK. That's 2 dollars.........
Petty and rude. I will sell my clothes elsewhere. I will also not shop with them again if that is how their staff talks to customers. Shame because I actually like the concept, but they are blatantly unaware of who pays their bills.
