Size was a bit random. Bought one pair of trouser M and they are large, the other it said M/L but it’s more like an S😿

Det er meget let bare at putte tøjet i en pose og så klarer Sellpy resten, men jeg synes at gebyret på 70% og 9kr pr annonce gør at jeg får for lidt ud af det.

As a first time customer I would say this is the easiest online commerce portal to make purchasing as the steps are simple and accept most of the payment methods

placed a few others previously, my go-to second hand shop now, the clothes are perfect, sizing can be slightly off in some things, but other than that every order i’ve placed has come in a week, and safely. clothes were accurate to pictures!!

I really like the concept. And I like to buy from Sellpy. But Sellpy just donated almost my entire bag to charity, saying it smells. Even glass was thrown away /donated under 'bad smell' How does glass cups smell bad. super sad, I will not use it again as a seller.

Loosing money
Don't sell your clothes with this company. They charge fees for everything and take money from your Sellpy account. I have lost a lot of money selling clothes trough sellpy..

The clothes matched the general description, and the prices were consitent with the condition and quality of the clothes. However, it can be a bit of a gamble because:
- the pictures are often a bad quality or blurry
- every garment is shown on the same size mannequin, which makes it hard for the seller to sell (it looks sloppy and unattractive) and hard for the buyer to estimate if it would fit or see how it would look. They should at least consider getting a plus size mannequin.
- the clothes that arrived all had the same perfumey smell - maybe the warehouse has an intense smell? I hope it comes out.

Continuesly mark wrong size on site.

I have had 3 experiences with Sellpy, and within 2 of them, I have recieved items that are nowhere close to the size they were marked as.

One was a pair of pants marked as M/L, which were a 25 (xs) another was a jogging set marked as M which was also an xs.

Just a waste of time between pickup and returning.

Sounds amazing because of the low prices for the items until the point when you need some help with order cancellation or returns.
I ordered some items but I changed my mind 2 hours ago and contacted the chat immediately to cancel the order
They told me they can't do that because the purchase is "completed", however I just made the order 2 hours ago, package was not packed yet, payment was made through pay later. Only option that I would return the package after receiving for 50 DKK, so in total I would loose 100 DKK over the shipping price and then the return price. ( My item didn't even cost 100 DKK..)
Totally ridiculous and stupid. Such a shame that it would be such a great environment to buy, this was the last time I tolerated this BAD (wanted to write much worse word for it) system. Don't recommend Sellpy. Last time to buy from here.
