Swift Support, Great Platform

After starting with Sellix a few months ago, I can just say, that it is the perfect platform to sell via crypto. No big problems occured so far, and if they was one, support staff answered and helped quickly. Shotout to the very kind and friendly Lilly, which helped me with my themes.

I recommend this platform to every business, which wants to start selling with crypto.

Use literally any other selling platform. Yes, really.

My previous review going into details got taken down by Sellix, so just take my word for it. Awful platform, awful management, awful support, don't recommend them in any capacity.

I sold 50 cents worth of product in a…

I sold 50 cents worth of product in a day and got paid 33 cents. The fee on the email was stated as 3 cents for litecoin, and sellix have 5% cut on free plan which would be $0.025. But they are taking 30% cut. This is very bad..

In response to your reply sellix. Obviously you have fees. And 5% with a 3 cent transaction fee is great. The issue is you took 17 cents instead of 5 cents, misleading af

We’re not sure if this is a proper review or not.

Transaction fees exist, you can’t send feeless transactions on a blockchain especially for fifty cents.

Edit: blockchain transaction fees, it costs money to send money with cryptocurrencies. We are not taking those money, the miners are and there is a minimum of how much an output can be; meaning that if we have to take our cut out of a transaction, it needs to be a minimum of X.

I'll change this from one star to five once you take your customers seriously. I am reminded daily to review. Yet I raise tickets and comms advising that when you allow me to work with my customers, then I will five star you. You don't listen to your customers and will not allow us as vendors to benefit from the trustpilot automation that you wish to benefit from yourself.

The perfect partner for your business.

As a digital company,
there are many needs, many challenges to face and support needed to deal with the daily routine.
Sellix nowadays, is a bullet-proof engine and/or however, boasts many factors aimed at improving the security of its customers.
Setting up a website, establishing relationships with the various payment gateways, integrating them within the site, managing the flow to track proper customer interaction, the need to purchase additional services to avoid disputes and fight online fraud can be expensive and even sometimes discourage the digital entrepreneur.
Well, all of the above has been simplified into one word, Sellix.
You create an account, enter the accepted payment method, the type of product, and you are ready to go, in the true sense of the word.
You are given the ability to have a simple dashboard, then have a few parameters to configure, or even, the ability to edit anything you want, from fraud shield, to activity logs, to code editors for the online shop and page metadata useful for seo.
The staff works almost 24/24 from Monday to Friday, and then there is Daniele, who even if you need help at 4 a.m., he answers and tries to help you.
If you are looking for your perfect partner, you have found it!

Empowering fraudsters, ignoring pleas for help and refusing to take action against illegal storefronts

I highly discourage independent artists and creators from using this platform.

Sellix support staff 'Lilly' and 'Stefan' stated that a fraudulent store selling illegal copies of my work would be removed on a set date and the merchant would be prevented from continuing to use Sellix. Support claimed that this seller was on 'ban notice' and would have their store terminated on the 10th of April, however it is now the 13th of April and this has not happened. Appallingly, the owner of the fraudulent store is still actively uploading more stolen artwork for sale, despite DMCA notices being issued.

Sellix support is completely ignoring my emails and requests for clarity despite having followed up multiple times. I am now in contact with my solicitor to take this matter further as support seemingly refuse to address the matter.

Update: I have now discussed this matter privately with Sellix's CEO Daniele- the issue is now resolved.

Great Service

I have been using Sellix as a payment provider for a long time now, so far everything has almost always run without any problems, there are regular updates and if a problem does occur, it has always been possible to fix it. The only flaw would be that it usually takes a relatively long time to get an answer in the support chat. Otherwise, everything is great. Definitely recommended.
