Support is quite fast, it's easy to setup!

Sellix is a middleman fraud scam as soon as you buy something you don't even get the item, for some reason trustpilot love to take down the real reviews of sellix maybe their also in on it who knows

I have tried Sellix atshop, sell-app, and shoppy-gg; Sellix is a headache-free and user-friendly digital sales platform. Their top-notch support provides everything you need to start selling digital products or services quickly. I wish I had come across Sellix long ago before dealing with the other digital sales platforms that did not meet my expectations. I admire their pricing model. They do not charge a monthly fee but only a tiny percentage of your products. I highly recommend Sellix!

Good, but error messages are confusing and hard to track

I'm not even sure where to start with this ecommerce solution, there's so many positive things I have to share about my experience! I'll try to break it down into categories:

User Experience

Very easy to use and navigate the dashboard and backend as a seller/merchant.

They allow for editing and creating themes with custom code, but also have a no-code editor you can use with their custom themes, which I greatly appreciate.

Since I've been a Sellix user (over a year), they've rolled out a lot of new features like bulk update tools that make managing large inventories easier.

Support

Fast, knowledgeable, if I have to contact them for something I can't find in the help docs.

For the few bugs I've encountered, their support is attentive, supportive (never dismissive, nor defensive, like some platforms' support can be), typically cheerful, and fixes issues quickly.

I'm never made to feel like I'm bothering them with a general question, or support need!

Features and Development

Near constant rollouts of new features, related to payments, UI, themes, and features like built-in affiliate programs for your shops, etc.

Regular, general communications from Sellix's team via email updates and other channels is nice to see, since that's a challenging thing for most companies and SaaS to keep up with.

Payments and Security

I know nothing about crypto, but Sellix is one of the few platforms that supports multiple options for crypto payments, as well as more common methods like Stripe, PayPal, and more.

Their commitment to robust financial and platform security is great to see, as they are in line with strict and established platforms like Shopify and Stripe, when it comes not tolerating fraudulent use-cases or odd transactions.

As a merchant, you can even set thresholds for fraud-blocking. This is one of the few platforms I wholly trust on a global scale, for compliance and security.

They have MFA/2FA options to secure your shop, and lots of security features and alerts you can set at a granular level as a Sellix shop owner/subscriber.

Design

The UI is incredibly polished, and UX is well thought through and executed, from the customer/buyers perspective, when a customer is buying from a Sellix shop.

Their standard theme options are a newer edition, as they've spent much of the last few years adding tons of features. Really happy with the new theme options that've come out! They push updates to themes regularly, as needed, which is in-line with/similar to anyone that uses a custom Shopify or WordPress theme. Just click the button to update.

Permissions

Backend user permissions are pretty easy to see and control, which is nice when thinking in terms of the digital literacy threshold needed to use a platform like this, and for general data security considerations for any business. You can add different levels of collaborators or shop managers, as needed.

Integrations

Supports some key native integrations, like Crisp Chat and Intercom, and also supports webhooks for pretty much anything, Discord (for authentication for selling server subscriptions, as well as sending messages and alerts to private channels for store admin).

Products

Sellix webhooks (on the product side) are particularly helpful for creating specific automations and digital services, or externally fulfilled print on demand or physical goods, that customers can purchase and trigger through a Sellix shop.

So, you're not just tied to digital or standard physical stock goods for using Sellix. You can make truly dynamic digital or physical deliverables to sell with this feature.

There's a pretty neat license product option, too, which allows you to sell unique license keys if you want, negating the need to use something like Gumroad or Code Canyon (which have *much* higher platform fees than Sellix).

They added a PDF watermarking option as well a while back, for PDF products.

Really a lot more to cover, but I think you get the idea: Sellix truly is the all-in-one, robust eCommerce platform that it markets itself to be.

Sellix can replicate replacing/combining many established platforms, as well as bringing their own unique features to the table.

The platform is easy to use and supports many payment options, including crypto, which has expanded my customer base. They offer settings and options for almost anything you can think of. If you suggest an idea, they consider it and often implement it if it fits. Applause for always listening to the community. Customer support is always there to help with any issue. No competition, will keep using them.

Having switched from multiple storefronts, Sellix is the best out of all of them. Not only is their support fast, but they are also friendly when we have a question. Additionally, Sellix listens to its community when we have a suggestion for something new.

Honestly the best e-commerce / sales platform option around, Great fees, active support, very active developers providing fast bug fixes & new features, and a great community, could not need anything more. For me personally my experience has been great had fast regular payments, any bugs I have, had been solved, amazing response & interactions with the staff such as daniele and not to forget sellix is getting some huge upcoming features which will make this the #1 platform.
