If it was possible to send no stars I…

If it was possible to send no stars I would. At first it starts off okay then it all changes. DPD are too lazy to pick up your packages to take to world of books and then after a month of complaining you're still waiting for your items to be processed if DPD are capable of picking up the package. They are an absolute joke of a company that I personally will never choose again

Claimed not all books recieved

I sent in 16 books. All in the same box. They claimed to have only recieved 12 books, suspiciously the most expensive book wasn't recieved. No contact details apart from live chat. Wouldn't use them again.

Please DO NOT USE

Please DO NOT USE - we sent two books of books (receipt confirmed by courier) - they claimed only one had been received, and only paid us half the funds. They refused to answer any emails, chat bot messages etc. We registered a complaint and they just deleted our account. Please do not use.

Poor prices paid

Poor prices paid. Said books not received even though rest of consignment in sent same box were received. Had to complain to get the money for them. Not worth the effort. Everything now going direct to charity shop.
